The cashier was dry when we walk in. We started to order and expressed we wanted a number one ☝️ “double” and I said could she make that three number one (beef & cheddar) doubles all curly fries and we also wanted a number two half pound beef with curly fries! I asked her if she got all that and she said yes 👍 we sat down and they called for our order we had 3 number 2 doubles and my half pound with cold fries. My husband and I went up and told her our order was not correct and she turned her back on us and mumbled something. When I expressed I was unhappy with her attitude and her performance she was upset (didn’t handle it like a professional) her manager just looked at me wired and stood there. I told her I wanted it fixed , we paid for a certain meal she said all we was missing was the bun and cheese and gave me the cheese to add myself add. When I went back to sit down they laughed and made mockery of the situation. We felt uncomfortable and certain that we will no longer be eating at any Arby’s. The customer should be treated with respect and our concerns addressed with a positive attitude. We work hard for the money we spend. And should not feel bad for asking them to fix...
Read moreI got an arbys beef n cheddar meal that barely had any cheese on it. I told Dakota at the front counter, who told me there was an extra charge. Aggravated (cuz I know thats not the right abount of cheese to begin with), I went and sat back down. Then Dakota came over with some extra cheese. I was happy. Until I hear the cook yelling at him "if they want extra cheese they have to pay - blah blah blah" - she did this loud enough that I could hear it from the front of the store in the dining room. That was rude & uncalled for. I want to thank Dakota for the customer service & making it right.
On another note - this area is flooded with homeless people & I left my windows down & there was a homeless man going threw my van when I came out. Would not recommend leaving your car...
Read moreThe worst Arby's ever. Visited on 5-2-2021 around 10:00 pm. Ordered 2 beef and cheddar with no red ranch and had to return to store because the red ranch was on my sandwiches. We also asked for 2 cups of ice and the guy at drive thru told us they had no ice. When we returned the 2nd time we were in line and seen another employee dump buckets of ice in machine. When we got to window to get our order fixed we asked for 2 cups of ice and he gave us a very small amount and we had to ask the manager for more ice. There was no reason for the guy in drive thru to treat us this way and I stated that I would pay for the cups of Ice. If he was working for my company and treated my customers with that kind of dis respect, he wouldn't have a job. I gave 1 star because 0 stars...
