My wait here with my sister the other night was entirely too long. We got six cookies And a free one due to rewards. We left with four cookies and then I realized we are missing three. I went back in and they were not very nice about it. They did end up getting two of my cookies to me, but one of them still was missing. They ignored me until the lady at the cash register eventually checked on the situation and got my other cookie to me. It was probably what should’ve been a 10 minute experience turned into like a 30 to 40 minute wait and I will say when I went back they did have a small rush but ignoring someone that’s waiting on stuff that’s already bought from you is just not professional. I live in a large metro area and all local Crumbls are very consistent. This one,...
Read moreEdit: I went back and was disappointed again. I’ll add pictures to show they didnt even make the cookies good. One didn’t have hardly any frosting. One had one m&ms and one was cold hard as a brick. Disgusting. I’ve heard nothing but great news about crumbl and was SO excited to finally try them myself after months of seeing them and thinking I bet they are the softest cookies!!! They weren’t. They weren’t even fresh. Actually, I got them so quick I knew they were old. Dry hard. Walmart sells better make at home cookies. And at an affordable price. $5 for a dry hard old cookie is not it. Wow way to ruin it for me...
