Store was very under staffed. When I walked in we were never acknowledged, even when the girl who was working came to the register she just looked at us like I should just know she’s ready to take our order. We go to fix our drinks and the dining room machine was out of 6 of the drinks we tried. So we stood at the counter to ask for drinks from the back. She walked out to deliver a drive-thru order and walked by me and my wife standing at the counter twice and never spoke. Fast forward almost 30 mins later she hands us our order at which time I asked her for drinks at which she told me to hang on a second (which was the only time she spoke to us our entire visit) while she preceded to spend another 10 mins to prepare a door dash order. Finally we got our drinks and sat down to eat and were missing an order of fries and one of our sandwiches. I walked back to the counter and this time another employee was in the kitchen who had been outside unloading a delivery truck the entire time who I am assuming was the supervisor as he was dressed different. I told him I was missing a sandwich and an order of fries. In just a few minutes the girl who couldn’t talk brings out my sandwich but no fries at which point I attempted to ask about my fries but she was already walking away and ignoring me so I thought maybe my fries were cooking. Another 5 minutes pass and I approach the supervisor again and inquire about my fries. As he grabs a bag from the freezer to finally cook the fries I was missing I just walked off. 10 mins later I’m brought my fries by the girl who again does not speak to me. I know she could speak because she was working the drive-thru. I understand being short staffed and doing the best you can but it takes no extra time to acknowledge your customers. Also the girl who was helping appeared to be mentally challenged and should have never been placed in such a stressful position by herself and the supervisor should have placed a priority on helping her and the customers rather than unloading the truck and even taking time to break down boxes as he unloads. Needless to say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this or any other Hardee’s, and probably a good indicator of why we were only 1 of the three customers they had tonight during what is typically a busy time for dinner at restaurants (7:00-8:00 time period). It’s just my opinion but understanding who your help is and what their capabilities are should factor into scheduling, realizing these two people lack the capacity to handle the business if it’s just the two of them. This may not always be the case but it clearly was tonight. There is another Hardee’s an additional 5-6 miles further from my house so I guess I’ll go there should I ever decide to visit...

We waited several minutes before we was even acknowledged of being there then there was no apologies (they was NOT busy at all) she started taking one of our orders and before they could even get started with the order she walked off saying nothing. Again when she came back no apologies. After everyones meal order she was slam our cups down on the counter. After our orders was ready she came and slammed the bags on our tables not letting us know who's was what (there was 9 in our group we had 5 separate orders but not big orders and again they was NOT busy) when ask for ranch, ketchup, and mayonnaise she grawled at us them slammed them on the counter. One person in our group was completely ignored from her when ask for their ranch the manager Chris finally came up to see what they needed. I have been to restaurants with rude workers and I have bruised it off we all have bad days but never in my life have came across someone so freaking RUDE.
