Checkers — Restaurant in Rome

They're always rude and honestly seem like they all hate their jobs based on their demeanor. The customer service is terrible. My fiance and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of the 2 for $5 meals which comes with a small drink and small fry. We came home and realized that we were missing 2 sandwiches, so I called and let them know that I was not given a receipt but I did tell them exactly what we ordered and exactly what were missing. When I spoke to who claimed to be the general manager which who's name is Rebecca she immediately got defensive and said she remembered exactly what she put in the bag and told me she'd only give me 1 sandwich out of the 2 I was missing. I work as a customer service representative and that is not what you say when someone had waited in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes, spent $22 dollars and waited 8 minutes for their food which wasn't even hot. I told her that it was clear she didn't know exactly what she put in the bag considering I was missing 2 sandwiches, which was the reason I had called to begin with. She proceeded to say she wasn't going to argue with me and then she that I could come get my 2 sandwiches tomorrow as they were closed at the time. The whole conversation was unprofessional. I...

Oh my goodness is this place AMAZING! Jasmine immediately opened the window with a beautiful smile, and her personality just shines! We placed our order, and our food was fast! The burgers and fries were PERFECT! Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I ordered the funnel cake fries, and they said they'd let me know when they were ready....well, this beautiful young lady brought then out to us. She may have been working the drive thru, because she had on a headset. I told her I would have came and got them, but she was all smiles and said it's no problem. Wow, these employees and the food is AWESOME! They all thanked us, and said they were glad we enjoyed it. The only thing, I wish we had one closer. I visit Rome occasionally, but next time there THIS will be my first stop. Kudos to Jasmine, and the other employees too y'all have definitely got our business! Great food for a good price. Love there Bacon Buofers, however when we want to the restaurant today. My BBQ Bacon Buofer had no Bacon on it. 😭 Nor did the BBQ Bacon Crunch. There was only one Hamburger that had the Bacon on it, and it was the regular Bacon Buford. That my husband order after we got the first order. Mozzarella Sticks were on point like always, and the Strawberry Cheesecake Sunday was on point as well. Witch making our Sunday larger then what it was supposed to be. I say it made up for them forgetting to put the Bacon on the chicken Sandwich, and one of the Hamburger. If it wasn't for forgetting the Bacon on the two sandwiches.
