The wait wasn't bad and overall the food was decent, sandwiches consisted of pulled pork and even the beef was pulled. That's a big negative for me right there. I picked up a few sandwiches to take to work . As soon as I got in the truck to leave I realized I wouldn't be eating them for lunch because they were already soggy as hell. Finally, the girl came to the window, but not to take my order but to inform me that she was going to take a walk up order. (The guy had been there a total of ten minutes.) Read moreLet me preface this review by saying that I work at a catering company and have cooked and eaten a lot of BBQ. This is a horrible choice for good BBQ in Rome, GA. The food is mediocre at best and usually served cold. Service, however, is where this establishment really shows how bad it really can get. Troy's has a firm stance that the customer is always wrong and will not offer any solution to a problem you may have as a customer.
