Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Romulus

My sandwich was drier than a Viva paper towel. My biscuit fell apart with first bite. The young lady at the cash register had a little attitude because I wanted spicy chicken and then I changed my cheese to pepper jack cheese so I guess since I had so many requests it was too early in the morning and she didn't feel like dealing with that. I had asked if it was a charge for orange juice cuz realistically I don't eat at Chick-fil-A often. Really not at all cuz I feel like it's a shame to have to pay 5 to $10 for sandwich with no condiments on it. And yes, I know that give you unlimited condiments, but really... I ordered a grilled chicken nuggets meal from here before my flight and it took less than 5 minutes. There were two customers before me. The staff are very friendly and nice, no attitude issues, everyone was pleasant. I only gave the service a 3 star because I didn’t get my drink with my meal and had to ask for it. In the middle of what can only be described as a horrible day, the one thing I had to look forward to was food. First, I ask for no pickles. There are pickles. Whatever, I just remove them. Normally the bread tastes a little soggy/vinegary but I can almost ignore it. But then the chicken is clearly undercooked. My gag reflex is activated now. I won't be able to eat for a while.
