I wish I could give zero stars. Used the take away kiosk to order mashed potatoes. The woman in front of me ordered a wrap and had been waiting 45 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I just wanted my money back. But no one would come to the window. The poor girl at the restaurant side tried to explain that they were severely short staffed and it would probably be 15 minutes before they seat anyone. I told her I just need a human at the window to get my money back. Finally,a woman came to the window and started giving serious attitude to the woman who was waiting (65 minutes now) for a wrap. The employee told the customer to go ask the bar for a drink. It was just super awkward and I just wanted to get my money back before I missed my flight. That was a slightly less unpleasant encounter, but no way did I trust they would have my small side order out anytime soon. I don't know who operates this location, but you need to do better. Bartender running in and out of kitchen constantly. Hostess left the podium and a line was forming of people wanting to eat. To go station doesnāt even have a cashier and bartender and to ring them up.
Kitchen was incredibly slow to get my food, and I only ordered one item off the menu. If you eat here plan at least two hours before boarding to actually make your flight.
Vegtables on the menu is just broccoli. False advertising.
Took forever to check out. I was one minute from just leaving without paying to avoid missing flight.
