3 stars because I have been visiting for over 20 years and it was a much better place until the last few years. I hope at some point it will once again be a decent place. This is just another part of town that has become a homeless camp now. There are tents, people living in cars, campers and thrown together shelters which sometimes are covering multiple parking spots. Trash all over despite some hard-working volunteers coming and cleaning multiple times. Drug use is right in the open, there are people using needles, drinking and whatever else they feel like. I’m sure there are those residents who have pity for those would choose a life of tented squalor; maybe they believe that we, those citizens whose life choices have kept us housed, paying taxes, and working, should give up our parks to these poor souls.
