Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Roselle

I have been visiting this place a couple of time. When it comes to collecting rewards for my app they kept saying they did not need to scan my app they just needed my phone number. After a few visits I checked to see if I have collected enough rewards and found out I never got any rewards from my past visits. The girl then just brushed me off saying “the rewards hasn’t been working lately.” With no remorse. They are tricking me pretending to take my phone number instead of scanning my app and me not getting the rewards. Also, management is never there, another visit my custard was not the flavor I wanted and they couldn’t get the flavor to dispense. I dont eat the vanilla flavor custard and asked to be refunded instead but the girl she said she couldnt do anything because the manager wasnt there. She left me to the side to either take the loss or be stuck with something I couldnt eat. I love this location and the flavor options, please...

The customer service in this Rita’s was terrible I visited the store on 4/14/24 @ around 6 pm. The young lady who took care of my family and I was not attentive at all. She kept refusing items on my custard even though I continuously told her I would pay for them. Her answer was “we don’t do that” she would then ask her co worker who would just tell her is an up charge. She was so slow that by the time my 4th custard was complete my first was just melting all over the counter. The other girl then comes to charge me. I ask why they don’t wear name tags, her answer to me was I don’t know. She then very rudely charges me and turns her back leaving me standing there. I had to call for attention again for a tray to be able to transport 4 items and ask for utensils and by the time I had a chance to ask her for napkins she was gone again. Terrible customer service. im only rating it 5 stars because of this one girl named Mya. She was by HERSELF when a rush hour hit. honestly i wanna give her thanks for not letting all these orders kick on her. she is truly amazing. everyone was giving her a positive attitude and feedback and i am so glad she did the same. bless her heart she truly deserves more than this.

there is a particular man named joshua who needs to be checked out. messed up an order, gave me an attitude, didn’t even know what i was talking about when i said to him i would like a twist on a bowl. his work ethic is so unbearable. i don’t understand how he is still working here. if this is what the owners want then i wouldn’t waste my time and money here..terrible.

mya deserves more than this. hugeeee thank you to her for being kind and amazing. no words can describe how she managed all of the people!!
