Fusion Asian Food — Restaurant in Rosemount

I ordered from GrubHub from the furthest edge of their area. The food that I received was still hot and it was so absolutely delicious I ordered Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes for a group. All of them were served on the table, family buffet-style. I cannot begin to explain the deep-seated needs this meal met. The shrimp fried rice tasted like it was made with my home ingredients. This was the most wholesome dish ever! The satay sauce was everything I would expect. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The crispy calamari was crispy as it should be. They were filled with an easily bitten and quite yummy narrowly cut seafood. Their sauce was a sweet chili that smelled smoking hot but tasted perfectly balanced. I ate more food in this one meal than I had eaten all week!! It was incredible!! These dishes were worth every penny!! There are a couple dishes that I tried that I might skip in favor of others. Really appreciate the delivery service. The chicken chow mein was tasty/good but not remarkable - a bit too salty for our taste and the gravy was quite thick. The wings were breaded too heavily we felt which took away from the chicken which is the star of the show; breading was a bit over done and too crunchy so tough therefore. The biggest disappointment was the fried dumplings - the filling was ample and tasty but there was so much thick doughy breading that it was hard to find the filling - we are providing a photo of the filling alone - after we had still kept an ample amount of the dough. Fried dumplings done with normal dumpling wrappers are so much thinner so why the thick dough we don't understand - these are the photos of just the dough which we could not eat and threw away. As many reviews have noted, they don't actually make your food unless you're standing there watching them like a hawk. We even walked in and ordered at the counter, paid in cash, and were told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Stupidly, we left to get gas and came back to find...they hadn't even started the order! I watched as someone else walked in, placed their order, sat down, and got their food ahead of us (now 50 minutes after we'd placed the order). The food, when it finally arrived, was good, but the service at this place is complete trash. The dining room is super depressing and not someplace (especially during Covid) that you want to spend 50 minutes of life waiting for food. I, like all of us, have downgraded our service expectations during Covid, but this service was still amazingly bad. I would avoid this place unless you've got several hours of your life to throw away...
