Ordered an apple crisp seasonal drink the other day and was charged nearly 7 dollars for a tall. When confronting them about the price being incorrect, the cashier then try to charge me over eight dollars. I asked to speak with a manager. The cashier, an older asian woman, claimed to be the manager and was not able to resolve my issue so I left without the drink. She was rude, dishonest, and unwilling to provide reasonable customer service. I was honestly so annoyed that I drove to another Starbucks nearby because I was positive that the price was incorrect. Sure enough that locationâs manager confirmed I was overcharged. I tried again today because I was already on this side of town and didnât feel like driving to another location. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was filled to about an inch and a half below the top of the cup and tasted watered down. I requested they remake it. They did. This time I noticed the same woman who is allegedly the manager was making the drinks. The remade drink came back completely the same.    Read moreFirst time at this location. Ran to the bathroom first thing. Hardened soap scum on the sink that looked like it hadnât been cleaned in a long time. There was one customer in the store at 6:30, three girls working. They were really whoopingâ it up out there. Super loud. Lots of hard surfaces.
Sat down on an upholstered chair. The table next to it had multiple thick coffee rings. Filthy.
The girls were so loud I could hear them through my cranked headphones, so I moved outside, even though I had paperwork and it was really windy.

Went back inside to get a rag. Woman handed me a dry rag and I asked her to wet it. She said sheâd be out and I said no, really, it will take me only a second. She turned her back, took the rag with her, and went back to the rear counter. I had work to do that I wanted to finish before closing. That place shouldâve been spotless and they could still have a party with the lack of traffic.

(Order ahead drive thru) so Iâm taking care of my brother-in-law, my hands are full, Iâm in the car, So I canât eat my box while driving obviously. and then I get all the way home and start eating and it taste funky. Cheese is super bad and apples taste gross, crackers are even kinda stale. So I Checked the date and it expired today. 7/22. Grapes are all mushed up also, plus itâs missing some of the cheese?? So I call the store asking for a refund and they tell me they canât do it over the phone and I have to come in.
