i have loved this boutique and decided to get the permanent jewelry. for what they charge it is definitely not worth it! I had my bracelet on for less than a month and it fell off! Then I came back to get it redone and they charged me money! So I decided to pay and then it fell off two days later! i came BACK again.. it falls off!!! I came back in and told them that this was not OK and they still said If I want a new one, I have to pay again but I can get 20 Percent off, which is basically still $50 if you want a good chain, definitely will not be coming back! every other permanent jewelry place will remove them and get u new ones for FREE if yours broke! good boutique not very...

The employees here are not friendly whatsoever. I was followed around like a thief downstairs and one of the associates made the comment of, “oh, I’ll follow her.” Once I made it to the lower level, the associate stood downstairs and just stared at me. The associates didn't welcome me in or say hi; they just assumed I was going to steal. I had an overpriced jacket that I was going to buy but I decided against it after being treated so poorly. I would also like to mention that this store only has sizes up to a large. Don't bother going if you are XL or larger. I won't be back, and I won't be encouraging my friends...
