Iâm a door dash / Uber Eats delivery driver. I picked up an order today and the sealing tape looked like I could have been reported for it being tampered with. The young lady in a red shirt whom was on her phone sitting down with a patron, got up and started walking towards the back. I asked her for another sticker to put over it so I wouldnât be reported. It seemed to inconvenience her and tried to make a smart excuse. When she went to remove the back off the sticker I removed from her finger and placed it backwards for a better seal. She walked off stating I snatched it, speaking rudely (a coworker on his headset replied back whatâs wrong with you). When I asked the young man what the ladies name was in the red shirt. HE LIED to me saying he didnât know and it was his first day. I have been picking orders up from this area for a YEAR and I always see him. Now I see why this location gets bad reviews as well as never busy! I would love to speak to the owner of this franchise because it seem the âmanager or supervisorâ doesnât respond to post.    Read moreIâve been going to this Arbyâs since it opened over here in Rosenberg. Itâs been my favorite restaurant in town for a while! Truly love this place. The people have always been helpful, kind, and theyâve always made sure my order was just right. I used to go here almost every week, but Iâve been coming less and less over the past few months, for a few reasonsâŚMy orders havenât come out right, the store isnât as clean as it used to be(especially in the bathrooms and around the drive-thru), and there have been a few instances over the past few months of employees being downright mean. Itâs been very disappointing and sad to see. I usually donât care enough about a weird interaction to write a negative review, but the interaction between myself the person who was working there today was terrible. Kelsey was incredibly rude and unprofessional this evening. Iâm sad to say that this isnât my favorite restaurant in town anymore. Iâm looking forward to seeing how Arbyâs will handle this issue...

Then when we received our food it was disappointing. We ordered from the 2 for $6 offer because of the food pictured. Well, the food didnât match the picture. The roast beef sandwich had more bun than meat. The gyro was missing lettuce, very little meat and too much sauce. They said they forgot to put the lettuce in there.
