I can’t tell you how many times and how much money I’ve spent on extra stuff on my items and not receiving it, not to mention missing item’s entirely. I’ve been getting food here through the drive through and ordering here on Uber and it is consistently wrong. The last two and a half years have brought me to leave this review because order after order it seems to be getting worse. I don’t understand what the problem is and it’s either ordering online or it’s customizing items but even if items aren’t customized they’ll be missing regardless. I understand ordering is expensive for additional charges and fees but if I’m paying for $60 to 70$+ for multiple people, you would think the establishment would make sure the order is right especially for those paying more. If this establishment can’t uphold quality and commit to providing the customer with what they pay for there’s a problem. Read moreI have gone through The driveway a couple of times this week but every time my order has been wrong in one way or another. I’ve ordered the same thing every time, the double chalupa box. However today has to be the worst service I’ve had here. I wasn’t given the cinnamon twists I paid for but a few tortilla chips thrown in with cheese instead. I asked for no lettuce or tomato on ANYTHING, but that direction wasn’t followed. I wasn’t given a receipt and the workers joked and talk as I was trying to ask for my receipt. These workers should be representing the company positively but instead they are a disappointment. I’ve always loved Taco Bell but this is sure to be the last time I go to this one unless these issues are fixed. I shouldn’t have to talk over other workers to ask for mild sauce. I certainly shouldn’t have to repeat my order several times over because an employee would rather play on her phone and chat with other employees. This is a job not a time to relax and neglect...

The food was cold. The tacos were split and torn apart because the bottom of the taco was soggy and sticking to the paper. The challopa shell (bread)was cold and a little hard,like it was pre-made and sitting there. I asked the server to please do not put the nacho cheese on my 5 layer burrito ,just put shredded cheese. Well ,I guess I was talking to myself. It had nacho cheese on it. But the only item that was hot was the burrito, and that was because the nacho cheese was hot..
