1st. I walked in at 9:13pm. My order was not taken until 9:28pm. There were only 2 people in line inside. I did not receive my food until 9:46pm.
2nd The "manager" if that's what you want to call her was too busy yelling at staff to do things to actually keep a pulse on how long tickets are taking to get out. She had a full order in her hands and yelled at a staff member to get this order out. Excuse me, you are perfectly capable of opening the drive thru window yourself and getting that order out instead of barking commands at your staff.
3rd When I got to the car, one of my kids showed me his nuggets. They were uncooked. She tried to explain that that's what happens when they dont pull the nuggets apart and then turned and started yelling at her staff again. They looked like they had tartar sauce that had been sitting out for 3 days caked on them.
I. Do. Not. Care. WHY it happens, or how. That is UNCOOKED POULTRY and you served it RAW. YOU Mrs. Manager bagged my order and were the final quality check and you failed.
If my son had eaten that nugget, he would have ended up immensely Ill. I would never ever ever in my lifetime recommend this facility to ANYONE.
And to the manager who was working tonight: Barking orders at your staff as if you own them ( you do realize you're simply a shift manager at McDonalds and have done literally nothing monumental enough in life to make yourself any better than any of those employees you barked commands at and you treated improperly, right? ), making excuses for uncooked food, hell I could have borderline walked and found a chicken, killed it, cleaned it, and cooked my own damn nuggets in the amount of time I just WASTED in your facility.
Companies who condone this persons management style, even for a second, deserve to go bankrupt. Disgusting behaviour and you should be ashamed...
Read moreI like to make a comment about the drive through route. I was under the impression that you have to drive around the building to get into the drive through if your coming from the south parking lot, I saw the arrow and bump guiding traffic around the building to enter drive through. I went around the building to wait my turn and low and behold someone cut and front of me. Coming from the south parking lot. I rolled down my window and asked them to please drive around and follow the arrows to the drive through. They simple said NO and made a unapologetic face to taunt me. "Basically saying "I don't care and yes I cut in front of you what are you going to do about it." After that they jumped on the gas almost hitting me and the process and drove over the bump.
Well I did nothing after that, I left and watched traffic for a bit and only about 2 / 10 actually drove around 5 of them cut in line. This should be unacceptable behavior and unfortunately there is only one way to resolve this. Make curbs. If you look at MCDonalds in Freeport TX they had the same problem people come in on the back road and cut in line. Management finally installed curbs after a violent crime happen.
I will not be visiting this establishment again seeing how cutters insight violence. This establishment can and should take steps to prevent these things from happen. Adding a curb to guide traffic is a good way to do just that and cheap. You can not fix stupid or the cutters who think their behavior completely acceptable.
I would hate to see this local establishment on the local news due to a cutter inciting violence and is why I will not be visiting...
Read moreHad to come on here to give this place props just to see another customer who was there when I was there write a bad review. This man was highly rude! Yes, they didn't have ketchup or large cup lids out there, but when he rudely told them they immediately gave him ketchup and then went and restocked both items. Yes, they did tell him that the manager was busy but they also told him why the manager was busy which he failed to share that information. They kindly informed him that the drive thru computer system had failed( which is why the inside lobby was so packed) and that the manager was on the phone with someone who was helping to get the system back up and running. These "teenaged" employees handled it with professionalism while this man couldn't keep his composure as an "adult". Almost all these fast food places are understaffed and are trying their hardest to satisfy every customer that walks into or drives through their establishment. Also, you can clearly see that his stuff was not dirty. You can tell that it is the grease from the burger that got on the lid of the burger container when they shut it. I love this location! I come here quite often and the people are very nice and work so hard. If I every have an issue with my order I just let them know and they will fix it on the spot. They are only human and as I last recall all humans make mistakes and are not perfect. Be patient...
