The ladies were unbelievable this visit. I watch them hand a young boy his bag it fell over on the counter and they didn't even offer to refill his cinnamon bites. Then when my children got to. The counter and asked for two pretzel dog minis, one said she ain't rolling anymore the other lady said she had to fill the online orders first. Stopped filled and overfill the one order ( she smashed them down in the container with her tongs and then told us she only got enough for one order and the other order would be 45 minutes and the other lady came back and said I'm bot rolling anymore. Mind you it is only 1:50. They still got a long time to be open. So the children couldn't get all what they wanted. All they had read was big plain pretzels and regular size...

If i could give less than 1 🌟, I would. 3 ppl working. Dealt with 2. Need customer service training. Very cold & rude. Seemed like they were being bothered. Ordered 2 small pretzel bites. They must of been from yday. Tough. Not fresh by no means. No ice in my pop. Asked for ice. The young lady acted like I was imposing and filled another cup 1/2 full of ice and gave it to me. Is there a shortage of ice now? 😄😁 . I won't be going back! Not worth what I paid. I wonder if I was overcharged like the other...
