Got there at 5:10pm, they were out of fajita veggies and said that weren't making more for the night (they close at 11pm) Some locations don't allow for extra rice anymore but I depends on the specific location as they are franchised. If you order extra rice on the app they should still honor it. Just so you know. It took 20 mins to get thru the line, there were 3 people in front of me. At some point they just walked away from the toppings area and left everyone to wait which is why it took so long. My tacos were cold. Like chilled. I don't know how they did it. They brought out new meat so maybe it was straight from the fridge? Since they didn't seem to want to make fresh ingredients. Even the 20 min wait would have only cooled down the hot food not chilled it. I called corporate to complain because this is about the 4th time I've visited this location and have had a complaint everytime. Corp said they would address these issues. Went to pick up an online order for my family an hour before close. I decide to hop in line and order something for myself. The card reader goes down and every employee stops what they are doing and crowds around the cash register. The line is long getting longer. No one is doing anything. Then it comes back up. 20 minutes of standing in line and now things are missing and everyone is running places to grab things. I get to my turn. They are still cooking and cutting meat. I ask for a veggie burrito bowl with black beans and fajita mix. I’m told there is no more fajita mix and no more would be made. It hasn’t been refilled since I got here so an hour before close they stopped making this. I end up not getting anything since I am not eating rice and beans for dinner. I get home and my daughter’s meal is smothered in so much sour cream it’s inedible, so now she doesn’t have dinner either. I will not return and would not recommend...

I don’t write a lot of reviews and do the places I do review tend to be those of extremes -those that wow me or lead me to despair. This is one of the latter.

Thursday night at 9:30pm. It was probably busy but the place was a disaster. Sour cream was smeared all over the counter, chips littered the kitchen floor, trash overflowed from the bins and some of the specialty drinks were either out or perilously low.

I get it, food service is a grind and staff can only put out so many fires at once, especially when it’s busy late into the night. But this trend of slashing labor and running retail short-staffed is becoming increasingly more irksome.

Food was fine, if a little too salty but Chipotle’s food is fairly consistent.

Update: While eating I found some chicken in the side of queso I ordered. As a vegetarian, this is unacceptable but unsurprising as it only confirms the sloppy food...
