I can always find so many great pieces of clothing, camping supplies and house wear items. On this particular day my concern was they must have been doing like a reset of the front display with a-lot of workers standing at entrance to the point you couldn't get your cart by. Those same workers were walking up and having conversations between customers. I literally told them I'm going to remove myself from the middle of this conversation cause I was in the middle and they were barking orders at each other about pulling items. Maybe I'm old fashioned but being aware of surroundings and conscious of where people are trying to shop should be a concern to maintain customers. Also the line was very long and they seemed annoyed that they needed to help the 2 cashier's. We could tell the cashier's we're stressed but the "designer employees" rolled eyes when the cashier's were continually asking for help as I was checking out. Instead they were more concerned with putting fire looking dog toys in a fire ring in display and still blocking most of the entrance. I will return because of the great deals but customer service...
Read moreI placed 3 orders and finally after 10 days, I got emails saying my orders were ready to pick up at my local store (Roseville) Today, after driving exclusively to pick up my orders, the store attendant couldn’t locate my package in the poorly organized package area. I'm asked to move to an other cashier so they can attend the forming line of customers. After calling the store manager, I’m just told that an issue with the truck delivery the prior day result in my orders not been at the store yet. I asked to have a conversation with the manager to understand why I even got a notice to pick up which should be activated once package is scanned by the store and what can be done to accommodate the dissatisfaction (like redirecting the delivery to my home address). Nothing ! Nobody looked at my orders # in the system, they just took my phone number to let me know when my package will be finally delivered without providing lead time. Terrible experience ! Where are my orders ? No specific area for returns or order pickup available on site. Poor...
Read moreOverall great store with great deals and associates. But I was just in to return items I got for Christmas that I got for other people. The associate "Alex" was helping me return these items, and the first thing he does is sniff the jacket and accuse me of wearing it because it smells "weird" and asked if I had worn it and put it through the wash. The jacket was an XL and I wear size small.. and he proceeded to overly exam the jacket trying to find a reason to not accept the return. He tries to point out wet spots on the jacket that it has marks on it. As it was actively snowing/sleeting outside. So obviously it's wet from bringing it in from outside. If I would have known that they train their associates to accuse their customers and to sniff clothing than I would have just saved me the hassle and still given them as...
