You be the judge, I ordered a pizza about 7:15 pm on February 7, 2020. I asked for delivery, and understood it would take between 62 and 74 minutes to arrive. After around an hour and a half, I tried to call and ended up in automated call hell. The automated message said they were waiting on a driver, and disconnected. I called back. This time the automated system decided I was trying to order a pizza. I tried calling a third time, and eventually was able to get a real person on the line. By this time, it was about 9:15 pm. They apologized and said they would re make the pizza, and I would have it delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. A few minutes later, the store called me, and they offered to discount the pizza, and asked for my card information again. I paid for the pizza, with the assurance my first order had been cancelled. Again, I was told I would have my pizza delivered in 30-40 minutes. At 10:30 pm, I still did not have my pizza. I called the store, and they were apologetic, and asked if I wanted them to make the pizza, or cancel the order. I told them to just cancel the order. Then they offered me coupons for discounted pizza at some future time. I declined, informing them I wouldn’t need them, as I wasn’t going to order from Dominoes ever again.
This isn’t a new experience for me with Dominoes. We’ve ordered food from this location fairly regularly, as it’s like 1.4 miles from my house, but the last 3 times have been a nightmare. Read moreDO NOT RECOMMEND. We ordered pizza, wings and salad for take out. Got home and they gave us a cheese pizza, which is not what we asked for. The wings and pizza were cold, so we drove back to the store and told them the pizza was incorrect and food was cold. They showed no remose, no apology whatsoever. They made the new pizza for us. But had the wings in a warmer, which they needed to remake them since it was cold to begin with. So they remade the pizza, but forgot to remake the wings, so we stayed at the store for 30 minutes for them to remake all the food. All while a kid is taking selfies in the back and waiting to grab the food out of the oven with no sense of urgency. We got the order corrected, and asked for a discount because this turned into a 2 hour ordeal, and the "manager" said they don't do discounts at that store. Which is absurd, considering we had to go all the way back to the store to correct the order, and they took longer than expected. You'd think they would offer a discount. All in all I contacted customer support, they advised they sent this information to the manager. Still haven't heard anything back after 2 or 3 weeks. I spoke to the supposed to be manager Elijah and he told me that it wouldn’t work and i asked can i do 2 names and he did it. Sent someone to pick it up and this horrible attitude chick expressed that it could not be done. Caught an attitude and basically shoved the pizza at her. I called back because I heard everything over the phone. She answered the phone but put it down. They both proceed to talk crap about us, WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER ME. No one said hello or acknowledged that i was on the phone. So I hung up and called back. I let them know I heard them and that thats not what he said.
