Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

Myself and my Family just moved back to Michigan after 10 years of living in South Carolina. Papa John's was ALWAYS our "go-to" pizza take-out, sadly there is not one close, BUT...Hungry Howies is right down the way! I just wanna say, y'all are GREAT! PERFECTLY cooked pizza just the way we ask for it!! My son likes thin crust with extra pepperoni and well done (its like eating shoe leather lol) but y'all get it right EVERY TIME!! Tonight I made an online order, I forgot to add extra ranch. So I called the store and talked to Joseph, he was super friendly and an Awesomeguy asked, ,asked if I could buy some to add to my online order, which was no problem at all! I did not get the delivery drivers name, but I believe he worked for Hungry Howies too, he was AWESOME also! I just wanna give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO Y'ALL AT STORE #00033!!! THANK YOU!! I have ordered from here numerous times through their website and I’ve never had an issue until tonight. I ordered at 8 o’clock and now that it’s 10 o’clock pm. The driver that was delivering my pizza from their company says they came to my door but the entire time I’ve been sitting on my steps with the tip money, and no one showed up. I even have camera’s. Now the manager is literally telling my wife and me that we're basically lying. That’s pure disgusting when my wife is telling you that your driver is lying, we have proof with our cameras and plus I’m sitting on my steps. Management definitely needs to be re-trained and when a loyal customer is telling you what happened. Maybe listen because you have a bad employee. You were just disrespectful and definitely didn’t represent Hungry Howies at all. I didn’t even receive a call either. lol....

Entire staff extremely disrespectful when I called reporting to them about an undercooked pizza. Was laughed at on the phone by someone named “Michael”. Rebecca started to handle everything well at first. Until I had more issues with the way the delivery driver, who’s name is unknown to me, who shoved our pizza in my fiancé’s face after SHE apologized for their mistake. We have a one year old who can’t eat raw pizza unfortunately. Towards the end of the cal Rebecca had a particular tone as well. I know one customer doesn’t make a difference amongst the entirety of the customer base, but this store, it’s employees and how they handle THEIR MISTAKES is complete unacceptable.
