Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

Ordered delivery form the utica location 2 days ago. Got the super '73 classic and a small 2 topping pizza. When food arrived driver had a attitude (no biggy) when i opened my pizza noticed the pepperoni where basicly non existent. The only reason I placed an order at all was because Ive been seeing the advertisement for this pizza with 73 cupped pepperonis on it.( there where maybe 12 on the whole large pizza). Called up to the store and explained the situation. Right away the lady on the phone became defensive and extremely rude. Told me all pizzas are topped via weight. (I used to manage a Dominos pizza and for the most part this is true with the exeption of the pepperoni extravaganza 120 pepperoni ls counted by hand every time). I attempted to explain to the now belligerent person on the phone that when it is advertised with a certain amount that it needs to come with that amount regardless of how the other food is prepped. (She couldn't comprehend this concept) so i decided screw it its not worth the headache and I did not want to go to the store with a box of crayons and explain this to the lady so i ended the conversation. Went back to my disappointment of a food order and eat it. Crust was completely unchewable and over done. Sauce tasted sour. My aunt ate a half of peice of her sm pizza and threw it in the trash. We ended up finding somthing else for dinner. I would not recommend this location at all. Very incompetent staff, terrible food, hostile environment. Very bad decision on my part. Wont...

Just ordered a XL Double Topper with double pepperoni and banana peppers. Food came while watching the Michigan vs State game that I recorded. Didn't notice that my banana peppers were green instead of yellow until I finished the first slice. I said to myself hey banana peppers are supposed to be yellow not green, so I googled why are my banana peppers green? Google said that they are not rip and should not be consumed. I quickly call hungry howie's and was told how sorry they are and that I can get another pizza. No thank you can. I speak with the manager who name is Dan. Dan's response was that he was sorry, but when they run out of the yellow banana peppers this is what they send him. I told Dan that it is not safe to serve this item, and that if they sent him green ham would he serve that also. He said he will send a driver to pick up my order and refund my money. Thank you and I will never ever order from Hungry Howie's again. At least dominoes tell you that their pizza taste like the box don't think they will sell you spoiled food. Update as of 10-22-19 still haven't received my refund for this pizza that I returned and was promised a refund by manager Dan. Wow got a call from Dan the manager at hungry howie's he said that it was a misunderstanding that he would never offer a refund only a store credit. 😆 well Dan keep your credit I will never ever order from your store. Tuesday November 6 2018. This is my fourth time ordering from this place on Utica road and 12 mile Rd in Roseville mi. This Tuesday shift that's working tonight all should be fired! I Ordered a pizza for delivery like the last 3 times I ordered from them, and I always get the same order. They tell me it will be 45 minutes to and hour...hour an a half later I call them and ask where is my pizza I order well over an hour hour ago? They tell me to hang on..and come back to the phone after they figured out that they forgot to deliver my pizza, and hand me a line.."Oh, you ordered to pick it up....um no I did not! Just like the last 3 times, it's always delivered. Then they try and cover their mistake up..and wanted to re heat a hour and a half old pizza up and deliver it...I just hung up on them. I will be calling the manager tomorrow, but after seeing all the complaints on this place I may call a district manager. So 1 being the lowest score I can give them, this place needs a minus chart. From now on I will order from the one a little farther away..never again from this place. When this place lies to me to cover their a$$ and tells me I ordered to pick up and not delivery...all they had to do was say sorry..but don't ever lie to me. I don't trust liars once they lie to me. Probably playing on their phones like kids do..good way to...
