I usually have no issues with this location. Typically amazing food and service. Not so much today. I placed my order online to be picked up at 12:23. I did not receive it until 12:55. I was late going back to work. The guy that was the cashier was useless. There was quite a crowd of people who ordered online. He really didn't help any of us out. We would give him our name and go to check on it. NEVER came back to give us an update. Just went back to helping the customers that came into the store after I went to pick mine up. Every single person who came into the store after me ordered, paid was out of the store before I finally received my sandwich. Read moreI was really looking forward to a sandwich today until I saw a couple employees go from ringing up customers back to making sandwiches without changing their gloves. This happened back to back and not once did I see them change their gloves. When I notified the owner she asked if the employees were using their knuckles to ring customers up? Like that makes a difference? I explained that they are handling cash and should change their gloves before handling food. It’s just plain gross!!! It was clear that she wasn’t too concerned about it by her response and by the way she was dressed while handling food. Wearing a tank top and leaning all over the food while cutting meats isn’t too clean either in my opinion. I’ve been going to this location and others for two years, but the last two months have noticeably different. Two separate occasions, both didn’t seem busy in the lobby, same order, but can never seem to deliver on time, even with the 15 minute waiting time. We mobile order for the sake of having other things to do, but being 5 minutes past time is concerning. You’d think paying for such a premium price you’d get at least comparable service, but you don’t. Late order fulfillment, sloppy job on both the making of the sandwich and wrapping it which makes the sandwich fall apart within the wrapping paper and doesn’t feel the same like other locations in Rocklin and the other up by CA-65 in Roseville.
