Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Roseville

I had walked in this establishment today july15th at 11:30am to buy a cold drink when the black girl who had approached me in a very assertive and condescending manner that I need to buy something on which my original intentions was to buy something in the first place on which she had embarrassed me in the restaurant by singling me out on which she didn't even give me time to walk in the store and to get setlled to place my order. I shrugged it off my shoulder and bought a drink. I don't know what she was insinuating about me on which I barely come in the establishment to begin with in the first place. I thought her approach was indirectly rude and condescending towards me on which she had made me feel like I did something wrong or I come in this place to not buy a thing on which I had purchase food from this place before in the past. I understand theirs people who comes up in there with unreasonable intentions but don't raise your voice like I did something wrong and instead of giving me time to come to the counter to place my order. I will not do my business at this establishment ever again because that not how you treat customer especially the ones who bought food there...

Ordered for delivery, after waiting for 30 min and still no delivery person I called and was told that they were super busy with a rush and the delivery guy just left with my order plus a few other orders which was going to take another 15 to 20 min before I would get my sandwich. My work place was only 0.4 miles away. I think wasn't offer anything, not even a refund, so I asked the lady to cancel my order and give me back a refund. Of course it was going to take them at least 7 days to refund me back. Also a coworker of mine had went to the location 15 min after I placed my online order and had came back, i asked her if they were super busy when she went there and she said there was only 4 people in line and they have a full staff. Horrible service, never using this...

I've been so hungry for Jimmy John's so I stopped at lunch time today. I walked in the front door and the music was so loud I could not think straight. I asked the person at the register if they could turn down the music. She said no she wasn't allowed. I asked for the manager, then I asked her if she could turn down the music she told me that the management has a set volume that they want the music at all times. That's just ridiculous, it was so loud I could not concentrate on the items on the menu. So I left and was very unhappy. I went to another nearby Jimmy John's and the music was normal and they said they have no such policy. That's my new favorite Jimmy John's, so keep your music as loud as you want and...
