New York Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

I’ve been coming here for about five years, ever since I moved to Roseville and I’ve always loved the people that work here. I tip them well when I come, and I try to be as nice as possible. I ordered pizza for my birthday, and the payment went through, however, the online ordering system said error and no pizza order was placed. when I called to confirm, the worker was unhelpful and offered me no solutions as to why I had money for two pizzas and a five dollar tip withdrawn from my account, but they have no order placed….and refused to make me a pizza despite paying. It’s the week of Thanksgiving and my funds are limited. That’s why I was getting budget pizza for my birthday dinner. Unfortunately the money that was taken was part of the money for thanksgiving, I had $100 now I have $60, I need to go grocery shopping, but I’m waiting for a refund from a pizza place around the corner. When I called, the worker was super rude and actually hung up on me at the end. when my husband called back later, he was just as unhelpful and so was the owner. They told me to call my bank. They said it would be back yesterday/this morning. I was placed on hold repeatedly for lengthy amounts of time totaling over an hour. Additionally, when I placed a new order for pizza, it took over an hour for the pizza to be ready and I counted because it looked sparse, and there were nine pepperonis on the entire pizza. I feel like that was spiteful, and unfortunately I’ll never come back to this place which I really liked. they know my husband by name and our usual order. Super...

Love this place! Used to get pizza here at least once a week when I lived in Roseville for a few years, but since I moved I haven't had it in over 7 months and while in the area last night I couldn't pass by without picking up my favorite thing! Family combo #1, double pepperoni pizza with the garlic cheesy breadsticks and a soda. Simple yet absolutely amazing, and how I missed it so! Enjoyed every bite and cold leftovers in the morning are the best. I recommend this to anyone who is in the area who's looking for the simple and amazing quality. There are no chairs and tables to sit down at so it is just a grab & go. Unfortunately I was unable to take a picture of my pizza because as soon as it got into the car I dove straight in and made it look like a not picture worthy picture of half eaten food😅...

NYPizza is the absolute best, not just in this town, but anywhere around. Every single time we order, the pizza is perfect: fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor. And on top of that, they don’t just have the best pizza, they’ve also got great prices. It really is the best pizza place in the area and the quality is off the charts.

What makes it even better are the people. The crew here is amazing! Friendly, fast, and they always treat you like family. You can tell they care about their food and their customers, and that makes all the difference.

This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pizza. NY Pizza sets the bar, and everyone else is just trying...
