Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

I called in my order on 11/18/16 at 3:36pm. I ordered my pizza's and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes. When my daughter arrived at 4:15 to pick up my order she was told they did not have my order and that I must have called a different store. I texted the screen shot of my call to them and in fact was the right store. I can except an honest mistake, but what I can't except is rudeness on the part of the employee who I talked to on the phone. He was rude and insisted that I had called the a different store. I asked to then speak to the store manager if he/she was there and was told he is too busy to take my call. I will never go to this location again. In the past I've gotten pizza from here 5-6 times a year. It's always been reasonably good considering the price and I like the thin crust option. Unfortunately my son talked me into ordering the jack o' lantern pizza for Halloween. I placed my order online in the morning for a 4:45 pickup. When I got there lines were out the door. It took 20 minutes to get to the front of the pickup line only to be told my pizza was not started and it would be another 30-40 minutes. Papa Murphy's is great for busy families. You call in your order before you leave work. It's ready for you when you get there and head home. Put it in the oven while it's cooking everyone, who hasn't changed clothes have time to get that done. Then everyone can eat their pizza, and hopefully a tasty salad.
