Very bad customer service. Most of the time, they can't understand English which is not bad thing itself, but when you have to repeat every ingredient 3 times, its such a pain. They are not nice at all, and the last time I was there the lady was looking at everyone in digust and that they were such an inconvenience. There were not too many people in the shop, and she made my sandwhich wrong. There was never an issue with my time ordering, but her attitude was really bad for some reason.. I paid for an extra side, and found out later it was not in the bag as I was on the road, as well as an ingredient I didnt ask for which could have been problematic if I was allergic. I got a sandwich and the upgrade for soup and a drink. The “fire roasted vegetable” soup is awful. It’s thickened and the vegetables are mush.
