Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Roseville

I couldnt be more disappointed. I bought four apples all were either 4.99 or 5.99. I put them in an insulated bag in my car with two icepacks. When i got home i started taking my apples out of the bag to put into smaller bags as gifts, when i pulled out the very first apple the stick came out. The apple was still left in the bag. I looked at the stick and it had black slimy stringy stuff on the pointy end. Since i thought that was odd i took the apple out and took the pladtic wrap off and cut it in half. The entire apple was rotten. Not just a little where the stick went in but the WHOLE Thing! This apple was almost $6.00 and was a gift now its in the garbage. Apples were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Not like your ordinary Rocky Mountain, that is for sure. These apples are double the size(and cheaper)! Don't forget to check Groupon for their coupon! It is such a good deal! Some people may think they might not have a wide variety like the other locations, but in my opinion that's because they limited their selection to the best tasting ones! Customer service wasn't great. None of the employees greeted us even after standing there for a minute, we had to ask if we were ordering from the correct end of the counter. It wasn't a welcoming feeling. We ordered ice cream and a caramel apple and asked for the apple to be cut for eating. The employee did a terrible job cutting the apple, it was cut into four sloppy pieces and a thumb print was visible near the stick.
