Red's Savoy Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

The Red Savoy chain is encouraging people to use the app to order but it doesn't work well. This is the second time I have tried to use it. I can do everything except pay. Nothing happens when you try to pay.

The last time, I was trying to order something to pick up on the way home but eventually gave up. This time, I tried it from home when I had more time. It seems like it's the "quick pay" option that is the problem. If you have a stored credit card, the 'pay' button just doesn't work. Does NOTHING. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing. Tried entering a new credit card. Nothing. Kept getting an "unrecognized API key" error. I finally tried entering fresh credit card info and turned off the default "add to quick pay" option on the credit card screen and the order went through.

I should get a free pizza for all the time I spent troubleshooting!

They have a crazy man as a delivery driver. I never even got pizza. It’s snowy weather and I’m already driving, he passes a stop and turns in front of me, I almost miss him having to swerve around him entering my lane.

He then tailgates me with his flashlight waving around in my mirror and waving his flash trying to get back around me. He pulls into the same lot as me and then I see that he’s the delivery driver for Reds Pizza.

I go in to tell his manager that he’s got a driver that shouldn’t be delivering and that I’m going to report this car to the police.

So much for safety or service. Absolutely terrible people working here. I would never recommend a business like this. Doesn’t matter how good the food is. Not only terrible inside, but even the drivers have no sense of accountability

Why didn't we order from Red's a long time ago?!?! We've been searching for a good pizza place, and were getting frustrated at all the businesses for making mediocre pizza. Last night, we decided to order from Red's in Roseville and I'm so glad we did! The cheese bread was a smidge overdone on the bottoms but they weren't burnt, and it didn't affect the taste at all. The pizza was spectacular! The sauce is very flavorful and has a nice kick to it. Lots of yummy, gooey cheese and they don't skimp on the toppings. The crust was done perfectly; nice and crunchy, and the cheese and toppings stayed in place, too. It seemed with other places we've ordered from have been greasy and full of salt, and the crust was always soggy, and the pizza was super greasy. Not with Red's!
