Bloom Coffee and Kitchen offers a delightful culinary experience that extends beyond a typical coffee shop. The ambiance is inviting, featuring a blend of rustic and modern elements that create a cozy atmosphere. The menu is a highlight, with a diverse selection of specialty coffees and an array of delectable dishes. The coffee at Bloom is exceptional, with a focus on high-quality beans and expertly crafted brews. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a trendy pour-over, the baristas showcase a mastery of their craft. The menu extends beyond coffee, showcasing a range of breakfast and lunch options. Each dish is thoughtfully curated, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The avocado toast is a standout, with perfectly ripe avocados atop artisanal bread. Service is attentive, and the staff exudes a passion for both coffee and cuisine. The attention to detail in presentation enhances the overall dining experience. Pricing is reasonable given the quality of offerings. Bloom Coffee and Kitchen successfully combines a love for coffee with a commitment to culinary excellence, making it a must-visit for those seeking a well-rounded and satisfying dining experience.

In 2008, the Elia Brothers opened Bloom Coffee and Tea. It's a cute and quaint coffee shop. It fits in perfectly with the Mediterranean shopping center theme. They have a very simple menu displayed. If there's something you're craving, ask if they know how to make it. I would recommend the business have weekly specials of more fun and complex drinks. I've heard there's a secret menu, by looking in the mirror behind the register. I didn't discover this until after I had been to this coffee shop. Also, I would recommend the cashier / barista repeat the order to ensure you're getting exactly what you ordered. I asked for an iced skinny sugar-free vanilla latte, but received a latte with heavy cream. The prices are a bit high compared to their competitors. This could be a good coffee date. Since there is a cute outdoor patio to sit and get to know each other. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Really disappointed with my experience at Bloom Cafe in Roseville. I paid for a breakfast burrito and what I got was basically just potatoes with one tiny piece of bacon—no eggs at all. I went to the front and let the blonde girl working around 12pm, and she told me the egg pieces were just “really tiny.” I told her I had opened up the burrito and there were literally no eggs inside. After asking twice, they agreed to remake it. What they brought out was a flimsy burrito with barely anything in it—and it was filled with cheese, even though I specifically said no cheese, no dairy when I ordered. It felt like they didn’t care about getting it right. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes. I was meeting someone and we had heard great things about the place,,, which was the only reason I didn't immediately just walk out. Each person in line took over 3 minutes to finish placing their order. The staff was either chatting with them on a personal level(with a huge line of customer waiting) or distracted talking to other people who walked over to the bar to say "HI". This is the kinda nonsense I would have expected from a coffee shop next to a college but even dutch brothers highers younger people and their turn around is incredible!

When I finally got to my turn in line I really didn't want to be there so I just ordered something super fast/simple such as the hot chocolate. They were all out of medium cups,,, it wasn't even 2pm. They had no marshmallows, no wiped cream,,, and I ended up waiting another 10 + minutes just to be served. They had 1 person taking the orders(and non-stop chatting, 1 person making all of the drinks(and believe it or not,, chatting more than the register person was),,, and for some strange reason they had 3 people in the back who didn't seem to do much to help address the growing customer wait time except include themselves in all of the wonder non-service related chatting occurring.

The decor was plain and drab. The walls were painted eggshell white. You got the feeling you were in a hospital more so than a coffee establishment and considering the area they are located with all of the other surrounding businesses, you would have thought they could have at least tried to keep up with the image the rest of the establishments upheld.

The hot chocolate wasn't even all that great. More people seemed interested in using their power/wifi than actually waiting another 20 minutes to get a 2nd drink.

1/10, would not recommend. At least starbucks is organized...

I'm a fan but i feel like there is room for improvement. They did a big remodel and where closed for quite some time.

When it re opened I was expecting the place to look amazing, but in my opinion it just looks really feminine and cold.

The minimilaist approach they took is trendy but I dont feel like thet display their products well and the brand seems to need some work as well with different logos on the shirts, the cups, and merch they sell like they could not pick a design they like.

As a branding expert I see this as their weakest area and I'm sure other men that have recently come here get the same feeling now as I do.

I will say that their prices are great, and their selection of tea is also very good. Most of all the people that work here are simply amazing human beings and I will continue to come back just for them.

I would like to see them get some more typed of tea from Art of Tea, they have amazing flavors. Overall a great local business and they deserve 4 stars for their excellent...
