Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced In My Life.
I visited the Starbucks drive-thru last month. I ordered 2 cups of coffee. My friend and I brought the car near the pick-up window and saw a drink in the hand of a Starbucks employee. One of the coffee looked so different from what I've been drinking and knowing. I immediately asked the employee if I could get a refund for the coffee. The employee said that although she couldn't give me a refund, she could add some more milk to the drink. So I asked her please to do that.
But a few seconds later, another employee showed up in the window. The employee told me she would give me a refund, so I said yes and waited at the pick-up window. However, there was no refund, and another drink was charged through my Starbucks mobile app.
As soon as I found out about the overcharge, I went inside the store and found the employee who said she would give me a refund. I asked her if my friend and I could meet the manager of this store. She said, "We are busy. And I refunded the drink." She just repeated the words. I didn't want to waste my time with her, but I had no choices. Fortunately, a third employee came out, and I was able to talk with him about the refund.
As a result, the second employee DID NOT refund me the coffee. She charged me an ADDITIONAL PAYMENT. She didn't even apologize at all for her mistakes.
I was very uncomfortable and felt so disrespected because the two staff who talked with me were so rude. It was indeed the worst customer service experience...
   Read moreI always order a refresher here and substitute water with coconut milk but I have noticed that it is getting really watered down. I believe that they mix water with the milk because it tastes and looks very watered down! They also skimp on the fruits . I usually only get 2 or 3 pieces. This is the only Starbucks that does that and it's really too bad because the location is close to my work! The other drinks are also different from other Starbucks. They are definitely skimping on ingredients and not following the recipes. It's just not consistent with the other stores!đNow that I'm realizing the pattern and figuring it's not just a one or two time incident but every time I go there which is 3-4 times a week, I won't be going back to this one. It's just very unfortunate to charge a lot for a drink and then skimp on the ingredients to save money. I really think that this place should be audited, could be a sign of embezzling because why would you ever need to do that when the price set includes cost of ingredients. Who knows?? Staff is...
   Read moreThis is my go-to Starbucks. 97% of the staff, including the manager, are friendly and make an attempt to connect with me. Unfortunately there is one very unfriendly lady working there. When I say âthank youâ her response is âyup.â Ahh... how about âyouâre welcome!â Or, âthanks for your business!â I always think about leaving when I get there and see that sheâs working because sheâs just that unpleasant. I wish she would at least demonstrate some professionalism; especially as one of the most senior staff persons. Also, when itâs cold outside please donât ask me how Iâm doing when Iâm ordering. Itâs freezing and I just want to roll my wi Dow up and get my drink as quickly as possible. Save the âhow are yaâ for the window when youâre handing me my drink and I have to keep my window down a minute longer. Appreciate he friendliness, just donât wanna freeze to be polite...
