I have been coming in most of my life since I was a little girl with my parents. I love the food still the best hash browns I have ever had. I have to say their is a employee who I have seen working for this restaurant for years. Well their customer service has not been the greatest. My first visit in the new location wasn't so great. My mother keeps her hair very short because she just likes to. Waitress asked me when my mother left to go to the bathroom is my mom was receiving chemo. Okay first off thats extremely rude to just come out and say that. Second mistake was she put our ticket for our order on the wrong side so our food came after a hour. Their was only us and one other person their. She didn't even apologize for her asking if my mother was on chemo or that our food was extremely late. Second time coming back we get the same waitress again though maybe she had a off day. She came asked what drink we wanted and never brought it to us and vanished. The one younger lady had to run the whole floor by herself. She was very apologetic about the lateness of the drinks and took our order. Now she was awesome. Third time coming back once again same waitress I just sit their what going to happen now. Well food and drink came out fast. What the issue was this time was she over charged us by 20 on our bill. The lady who rang us out was shocked by the bill. We only got three items it should have been 59 I was shocked. Instead our bill was 39. We asked the person who charged us out to please check to make sure everything was correct. Nope 20 really after that probably not going to come back and if I do I'm staying far away from this lady her attitude is not great and trying to scam me 20 so they could get a better tip ya no not okay with...

Susie's Country Oaks Café, is a staple in Roseville and then another location in Granite Bay. There have been stories from the original owner with a little history about the City of Roseville. For instance, one story that sticks out to me about Roseville was at one time when the Union Pacific Railroad yard was built, the city considered on changing the name Roaeville to "Junction City". Due to the fact of the massive junction rail road tracks at the Union Pacific facility.

Anyway, on the Review. Always friendly place and wait staff very accommodating and super nice. The food selections are all that a cafe can provide. I have had a few of their food selections over the years. The Griddle and Viddle food is fantastic and cooked Golden brown. I can't say enough great things about Susie's, but you have to stop by off I-80 of the Riverside Ave (Central Roseville) exit during breakfast and lunch hours.

Like most Cafe's, the have limited hours during the daytime. One of the other best things that make me become a repeat customer, is their salute to Military, Veterans and Emergency by honoring us with a discount. Thank you very much to everyone at Susie's...

Although the restaurant was busy, my girlfriend and I were seated almost immediately. We received our coffee and water immediately then checked out the menus. We ordered our food, eggs, bacon and pancakes. The pancakes were so tasty and the bacon had the best flavor I've had in a long time. I had my eggs scrambled and I couldn't stop eating them quick enough. The food was outstandingly good. And we received our order in less than 8 minutes. It was my girlfriend's birthday and that was my treat to her. Little did I know it would be my treat as well. As I looked around the restaurant I saw nothing but smiles and happy faces. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food very much and that was a joy to see.

This was the second time I ate at Susie's. I must say the same about my second trip. I used my scooter and my friend used her wheelchair. Service was great. The food was excellent, but today I could not eat it all. It's very busy in the morning so we got there at about noon. Good time to good of you like breakfast a wee bit later. Nice place with nice employees. I will visit Susie's...

What a great place. It was our first time eating at Susie’s Country Oaks Cafe. Where do I start? We arrived and the place was packed however we did not have to wait at all. I noticed the staff hustling not only to get food out but quickly bussing the tables as people left. There was a constant flow of customers but no wait time. Everyone seemed to be in sync. I loved how all the staff were laughing, smiling and in good spirits. This place is a large restaurant with a whole other side room for dinning. Our server was very attentive and sweet. Food was amazing. True test was how the biscuits and gravy were…..not disappointed at all. Prices are reasonable. The only recommendations I would give would be to have vanilla creamer as an option for coffee, have gluten free toast and staff all be in work attire. There are so many people working you don’t know a patron from staff. There is decent amount of parking, bathrooms are clean as well as the restaurant. We would recommend to anyone and will be coming again.

I have lived in the Sacramento area for 20 years with 7 in Roseville. This is one of the first places I ever visited when we moved here. I’m a total breakfast guy and love some chicken fried steak normally but today was all about the western omelet with a side of French toast. This place never disappoints. It is usually busy but the service is fast and friendly. Stop by and check it out when in Roseville. It’s just off the 80 freeway at Cirby so if you are drinking by stop in and satisfy your cravings.
