Edit: a manager reached out to me the bext day and made it right! My server was on the tail end of training. Which i totally get. I am changing my review from two stars up to five. Best if luck to the new server!!! ... . I ordered the strawberry balsamic chicken salad with no onions. What I was given was a bowl of lettuce with strawberries. When I questioned where the balsamic chicken and almonds were, she was like oh.. I thought it looked off. She didnt know about the almonds and stated she would look it up..So I got a plate of heated up chicken to put on it. No balsamic or almonds. I thought maybe my memory was wrong so I didn't raise a ruckus, as mistakes happen. I looked up the description once I got home. And realized tomatoes and a breadstick were also supposed to be on it. Also, any other applebees I have ever been to, I would get free refills on my peach tea. She charged me for mine, as well as the other check that was at my table. I am really hoping she was just new, and would have raised my questions to a manager, had one been walking around checking. Not overly impressed. But yes I still tipped 20 percent because.i am not a total karen.

My initial hesitation to dine at Applebee's again, based on a previous less-than-stellar experience, was quickly dispelled during my recent visit. Despite a crowded entrance and a brief wait time of less than 10 minutes, the energetic and attentive service from our waitress set a positive tone for the evening. While their cherry Pepsi fell flat, her recommendation of blueberry lemonade more than made up for it. Both of us were pleased with our salads—mine being perhaps the best Caesar I've had, and my companion enjoying a ranch dressing comparable to Eat'n Park's. The atmosphere was lively, albeit a bit noisy, but our entrees arrived promptly and were deliciously hot and flavorful. My 3-cheese Mac with sesame chicken lived up to my cravings, while my companion's chicken tenders and seasoned fries were also commendable. Despite minor hiccups like a crowded entrance and one disappointing beverage, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, owing much to the exceptional service and satisfying food. Applebee's has now become my go-to place for pasta dishes and chicken tenders, and it comes highly recommended.

So we arrived on Friday, July 12th, I'm still sitting in my booth as I'm posting this. But we got seated 22 minutes ago. Not been asked if we'd like something to drink, not been asked about appetizers etc. As I'm sitting here I'm watching your waitresses sitting around at a table and on their phones. This is not how I expect my customer service when I'm going out to eat and we normally tip very well. I even had to delete my review from months ago because the service WAS extremely amazing at that time. And as I'm typing this they are watching TV, at least 3 of the waitresses. That's ridiculous, I work in management, and that's unexceptable. I don't care if the sections changed, I don't care what you want to do. You got plenty of time to watch TV at home and hang out with people when your off of work. Shouldn't be catching slackers like this. This maybe be our last time at this location

We recently had perhaps the worst Applebee's experience ever at this location. When we arrived, it was busy; understandable given that it was a Saturday night. The host took our name down, but we had to specifically /ask/ how long the wait was after he took our name. He didn't offer the information otherwise. When we were finally seated, the host just dumped our menus on the table, turned around, and left, almost bowling my partner over in his haste to get back to the host station at the door. My partner was on a cane, still coming up the stairs, and was almost knocked to the ground by the host. There was no "Your server will be right with you" or anything. From there, things got, well, worse.

It took 10 minutes from us being seated to actually see our server for the first time, and we didn't get his name until we received our check at the end of our dining experience. Due to the long wait, we placed our order with our drinks. Drinks came out quickly, food came out about 20 minutes later. We had to remind the waiter about the appetizer that we were missing. The waiter never bothered to check in on us throughout our entire visit. Drinks sat empty, even when we requested refills. Another table was seated behind us, then decided to leave without ordering, and we overheard our waiter say "Good, I didn't want to serve them anyway" to another customer.

As we were leaving, the host was coming to seat another table in the same area that we were in. Again, he almost knocked my partner to the ground. He did knock into me, and he knocked my partner's cane from where it hung on the table.

Based on this experience alone, and the fact that I've not been able to get a response from Applebee's guest relations regarding the experience, we will not be returning to...

I was just at AppleBees on Mcknight road, and me and my group were in a slight rush but still plenty of time for a quick lunch especially considering it was not very busy. Our server Maria only had three other tables when we sat and I heard one table asking for the manager as well as the other tables food was brought out wrong by our sever. We hoped she wouldn’t make the same mistakes with us but of course she did. It took over 45mins- hour for our food to even come out and at this point she only had one other table as well as the rest of the restaurant being slow. Then she rung in the wrong food for me mistaking the cheddar bacon crispy chicken sandwich and giving me the bacon ranch chicken sandwich. She took it back and brought it back after 12 minutes, and it was the exact same price of chicken with a half melted slice of cheese added. Since we were in a rush we asked for boxes and just wanted to leave. I then take a bite of it in the car and it STILL HAD RANCH ON THE BOTTOM. This wasn’t even corrected they just added a piece of cheese of top and it took 12 mins to come back out. Completely unsatisfied, I myself am a server was just in disbelief. She also never spend more than a minute at the table so we were unable to tell her that our drinks were not right we assumed the syrup was low but by the time she came back to our table it was finally to order and she left again before we got the chance to tell her. Overall terrible experience. Maria you should ask to...

After waiting 10 minutes for a hostess, my husband and I seated ourselves. Restaurant was not busy - and seated ourselves in an area where there was a waiter. No sign telling us Hostess on Duty. Waiter acknowledged us when we sat down - we were all good..... Then a man (not a manager) brought us our silverware and reprimanded us for seating ourselves. Told us 'just so you know next time you need to be seated by a hostess'. Told him we waited and no one came to seat us -nor was there any type of signage. He kept arguing with us so we would know for the 'next time'. Um... there will be no 'next time. Suggested signage would be a great place to start especially if short handed so guest know what to do. An even better way would have been a conversation something like - "we apologize there was not a hostess when you arrived and hope you are okay with the booth you selected'.....Needless to say, we exited- drove to Chili's and were treated quite differently. (And they had a hostess on-duty and a sign so we knew what to do - lol).... Since Covid, we go out of our way to leave a 50 percent tip to support workers in this industry - so unfortunately the nice waiter lost out due to a rude staff member that thought it was okay to address us in that manner. It is not okay. Spoke with a manager today by phone and she knew exactly who I was referring to and apologized. Agreed behavior was unacceptable. Keeping an employee like that is not...
