Usually this is a great place to order from, but today I stopped after work to feed my family. I ordered went through the drive through had to ask numerous time for same sauce. So drove home and relised I was missing two different parts of my order. So I had to drive back because this was my childrens items. Went through the drive through and said I was missing a 5 piece and 3 piece tender and ranch in my order that I placed 10 minutes ago and she said pull up. So when I did she opened the window and went to say 8. 30 something and stoped closed the window in my face and proceeded to talk smak about me behind the window like I couldnt here her. . For one my husband was asking the person taking our order a question about the menu and another employee hopped on the speaker and very rudely stated โthis ainโt McDonaldโsโ even though we said nothing relating to McDonaldโs, we shrugged it off and continued to order. We pulled up to the window and the woman working the window was obviously very stand off-ish and didnโt want to do her job. She was extremely snippy. My husband turned to hand a bag of food to me and was turning back to her to grab the other bag and she apparently didnโt want to wait for him to turn back around and snapped โiโm not waiting for youโ and slammed the window in his face. ย ย ย Read moreI won't even try anymore. Went into the lobby to eat. Stood at the register for 10 minutes. Not once in that entire time did anyone even acknowledge my existence or give the courtesy of "we'll be with you in one moment". In fact, the staff went out of their way to avoid eye contact, clearly overwhelmed by the drive thru orders (all 6 or 7 I could see on their screen).
Eventually we walked out after 10 minutes and not one single person saying anything to us.
The crazy thing is that THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME at this location. I'm tired of hearing about staff troubling.
