Average pizza shop in the Ross area. I ordered the plain cheese calzone and sugar balls. Wasn't blown away, but it wasn't terrible either. The calzone has marinara sauce on the inside instead of being served on the side. Personally, I'm not a fan of this structure because it makes the calzone a bit more soggy. Still, the portion was good for the price and there was a fair amount of cheese. Another drawback to this calzone is the bread to cheese ratio. I'd like there to be more cheese or less bread, because you may get bites that are purely bread. I like the little bit of cheese sprinkled on top, though. The sugar balls were quite bad, to be honest. Some of them were crispy, so it was like eating sweet chips. Others were oddly soggy or stale. And, to add on top of that, they forgot the chocolate dip that is served with these. For $5? I recommend you stay away from them. All in all, the food here is mediocre at best. I won't be returning and I wasn't blown away by anything. Sugar balls are genuinely bad. 2.5/5

Update: I had to lower my review. I ordered on 12/24/22 because my mom was ill and we didn't have food at home. The order never showed up. I placed the order online through Slice Life and could not get through on the phone to call the restaurant. Slice Life would keep telling me to wait 20 mins and that it would come. 6 hours later and nothing, they couldn't get through to the restaurant either. I tried calling the restaurant for days to get a refund, but their phone would go to a voicemail that was full. I'm not sure what happened to this place, but they have some serious issues to work out. Pretty good! $12 for a small buffalo chicken pizza is a little steep, but it was good. They forgot my drink, but I had a first time order coupon so that made up for that loss. The french fries are really good. We also got a gyro platter and it was tasty! Overall I'm satisfied and will order again.

Great pizza. Maybe not the fanciest or trendiest, but they make a darn good pizza. Caramelize the cheese to a golden brown really well and the sauce is perfectly sweet and salty. Prices have been rising but still some decent deals here. My favorite local spot. Support them! Stop supporting chains. Oh! Also, they have a shockingly nice ordering system and Loyalty Points. Website design is wonderful for a small business. Again, this place is just an all-around good local pizza place. Update: The loyalty points and many of their old deals have ended. Still a great spot.

The food is good. However, god forbid if they forget to deliver you an item on your order. I called. The lady who answered the phone lied and stated that it wasn’t ordered. But I actually had a receipt from the driver that listed the missing item. When I brought this to her attention. She began to talk over me and raise her voice. After numerous times of trying to get her to listen - to no avail . I called her what she was acting like. Then all of a sudden - she is now victimized. She REFUSED to provide any type of resolution. I asked to speak with someone else. She said she is the only person there (which cannot possibly be true). She said the owner will call me tomorrow. I asked for the contact information for the owner and she said no.

This is hands down the absolute WORST customer service experience that I have ever encountered. If this is the person representing your business - Good Luck. She will chase all your customers away

UPDATE: The owner called shortly after the incident. He was very nice, responsive and accommodating. I appreciate that. I, In good conscience can’t return as a customer , due to that...

I just had a HORRIBLE experience with this pizza shop. We will not order form here again.

The deliver driver delivered the WRONG order to my house. I did not know before opening the boxes. I opened the boxes, looking for our order and realized none of it was our's. In that moment the owner called, telling me the driver was coming back to pick the up the order and giving me the correct order.

I informed the driver (and the owner on the phone) that I opened the boxes. It is a health code violated to take food out of one house and deliver it to another. The driver wouldn't leave until I handed the food to deliver to another house!! He was close to walking into my house to get the food himself.

As I informed him I have to report this to the health department. This is a serious health code violation. He laughed and told me didn't speak English. (After I had just had a conversation with him about how he delivered the wrong order to my house.)

This pizza shop USED to be fantastic. I don't know what happened but the food is awful now and they knowingly and willingly commit health code...
