Weak customer service. I had a Clarion head unit installed, which now in my opinion is worthless for navigation purposes, but the staff described it to me as a viable option. I say worthless because it screen mirrors, which fails either when the phone turns itself off, or the battery gets drained from having the phone screen on. I paid $300+ more for the more expensive unit for navigation purposes, based on their recommendation. The staff either does not know the products they sell, or knows it is an issue and does not inform the customer.

My installation experience was also poor. I had to come in twice because the staff forgot to put an HDMI cord in, and ignored a loud annoying chime that went off after the first install. Then after the second fix they gave me my keys and sent me on my way. I got in the car and it didnt work. Good customer service would test it out with the customer in the car before they leave to make sure everything is working to...

Hands down the easiest (and BEST) experience I’ve had with any service in a long time. Called on Monday and got a quote. Called back in 15 minutes, scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 4pm. Showed up early. Walked in, confirmed my appointment and handed over my keys. Got back around 515. Paid at 530 and was handed my keys. Extremely professional, efficient and the best part… QUALITY work. I will be returning when I find a rear camera that needs installed.

Thank you so much!!! I had to pull over a mile out of your lot to set it up with my phone. I was grinning from ear-to-ear on my way home, while also jamming out to a beautiful sound. No more holding my phone to look at GPS.

Bill got back to me via text shortly after i made an inquiry. He answered all questions, explained my options and gave me a quote. Since i had over an hour drive he offered to install the radio with backup cam and a remote start in one visit and gave a multi-job discount. I arrived on time, they took the car right in and it was done in less time than estimated. Bill went over everything with me before i left. Installation is flawless, everything works as it should and i cannot tell anyone was in my car other than i have a new radio and a remote start. Would not hesitate to do more...
