Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ross Township

I didn't want to even give this place 1 star but I couldn't put my review in without it..this was by far the WORST pizza I've ever tasted. The cheese was barely melted it looked like a toddler thru it together last min everything fell off the mon you picked up a slice. The sauce tasted like rancid crap, the pepperoni was terrible. Overall I'm very upset that I paid $17 to not even finish 1 slice of a med pizza. I threw the whole pizza away after 1 bite. I've had papa jon pizza before and remember it being pretty good? Maybe quality varies by location (which as someone that works for a franchise) is the worst thing you can do to a company name. Been a Papa’s fan since college when I was introduced to the simple jalapeño pizza with the garlic butter dipping sauce. That was 30 years ago. The guys down in the Babcock shop do it perfectly. But what I like best is that the place must be managed very well. And I’ve been there quite a few times and always greeted with a positive and smiling face. Always thank me for my business and ask if there is anything else they can do. I was in a few days ago during the restrictions we all must follow and the nice man behind the counter let me know they had all precautions to keep myself safe and showed me where everything was. This is not my first experience at Papa John's pizza. However, this is my first time going to Papa John's Pizza on Babcock boulevard. I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality, customer service, and price of food on a busy Friday night. My food was well made. My food was piping hot. My food was reasonably priced at 3 large two toppings each pizza for just $35! Came with plenty paper plates and napkins. Most importantly, my food was absolutely delicious!
