99% of the time our food is perfect, staff always polite and there's hardly a wait if you order online. The 1% just happened last night where they accidentally gave my wife the wrong pickup order and I was really looking forward to the food after work, she didn't realize until MINUTES before they closed what happened, she called and explained & an employee in the background overheard the manager trying to help her figure out a new pickup time another day but reassured the manager that it was alright, they'd unpack the kitchen and make our order to make sure we got it. Normally I wouldn't even ask for that, I understand how grueling it can be to finish cleanup just for a last minute order remake but they went out of their way, the food was FRESH and PHENOMENAL, words cannot express how happy I was to have those hot containers in that go bag.
Accidents happen, and they absolutely didn't have to do what they did for us, but the fact they did and the food was top tier as always really stood out and I had to write this review to THANK the Panda Express evening staff for making sure I got my food after my own nightmare work week
Important for customers to remember if you treat others with decency, respect and understanding it'll go a lot further than demanding and faulting people for a minor inconvenience
The Rossford Panda Express continues to be my favorite restaurant, wonderful employees, incredible food, reasonable prices and the portions are awesome.

Read moreLast time I ordered from Panda Express (not this location) the food was okay but a bit dry tasting. I was hoping after a few years and a new location things might have improved but in this case, they did not.
Placed an online order for pickup. Came in not even 5 minutes after placing our order to find out it was handed to a door dash driver for delivery. Not sure how that was possible given the order was placed on their website and no address was provided for delivery.
After working with the associate to show proof of purchase (in multiple forms), he was able to remake our food and I was thankful for that. The staff themselves were actually great to deal with, it's just unfortunate the processes/policies they are held to, limit their potential for maximizing customer service.
Food wise, I can't say it was impressive enough to write home about, but it was a little better than the last time I had Panda Express. Chicken was great, peppers were fresh, the rice was okay, but the noodles were very dry. Mostly likely from sitting out so long.
All that said, there is a lot of room for improvement with the Panda Express brand (not necessarily just this particular franchise). Local Chinese restaurants not only offer a better value and service, but I've never run into any issues with my orders... Pickup...

I'm so conflicted because they have great food and very polite employees, but every time I have visited the drive-thru, they have told me it will be a wait on something. Three days in a row now (don't judge me lol).
Today I ordered at 2:36pm, they told me to pull around, then an employee came out and asked if I'm waiting on something, 20 minutes later. 🤦♂️
I finally got my food after 3pm, as well as two vip cards good for 10 meals at 10% off. I'm not sure if I'll be visiting again soon. I would have been more likely to return if they just gave me a refund, honestly. But I understand fast food restaurants like to avoid refunds at almost all costs.
I appreciate the effort after the fact. I'll chalk this up as a miscommunication, but why have a drive-thru if something on the menu is always going to take 5...
