I don't appreciate that this place was being highly unprofessional as in making it seem like they were going to redo my nails over a phone conversation with the front desk and they choose not to the nail technician and I told them that my nails came off like as if they were pressed on nails he literally said that he was unable to do my nails unless I pay out pocket which wasn't a problem my biggest problems it whatever chemicals that you guys use when doing our nails I do not appreciate that it does not last I shouldn't have to be coming back and forth to a no place over and over just to get my nails done if I'm coming out of pocket with $60 $70 or $80 dollars being spent here that really don't make no sense plus why wasn't the nails more sturdy I would ever want to go to this place ever again they are highly unprofessional very rude talking in their language I did not appreciate that that is very dirty I did not appreciate the lies and the manipulations of talking about that I got my nails done somewhere else and it literally says that I got it done on the 26th...

I had a deluxe gel manicure done a week ago and with a purple french manicure… it was super cute… 3 days later it started to peal off and at week after only my pinky fingers have purple remaining. I spoke with management and they were not willing to even give me a partial refund… I would have personally gone back to the salon to show them what had happened, but I live two hours away and had my nails done while I was visiting my daughter. They wouldn’t even give me an in store credit to get get my nails redone when I was in town again or even a discount for my next visit. Its alway sad when local businesses don't stand behind their work separately since between my daughter and I it cost $138.00 before tip…. And I just start gel polish over my existing nails.…. No tips!!!! To say I am disappointed is an understatement! I guess I need to find another salon when I visit...

They did a good job on my nails. But the one guy was super rude and they didn’t sanitize anything. I’ve been getting my nail done for years and this was the first time going here. My shape wasn’t 100% what I wanted and when I told the guy some of my nails were longer then the other hand he gave attitude because they were fine. After he fixed my longer nails I told him there was extra acrylic passed my nails he said he would fix it but never did. At that point I was annoyed and just continued with it because I told him multiple times and it didn’t get fixed or corrected. The paint job was done by another person and he was super nice and did a very good job making sure he got my whole nail. He also painted my girls nails and was super sweet to them as well and gave them a good first...
