BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Roswell

Come in here way too often then I’d like to admit because I love it so much but just had a horrible experience. I ordered the same drink I get every time, an iced butter bear latte with oatmilk and half sweet. The guy who took my order has always been super pleasant and makes amazing drinks, but the girl who made my drink handed me what looked like a cup of milk. I normally would’ve just taken it but it’s almost $8. I asked if there was espresso in it and she told me yes and then SHE offered to remake it for me despite seeming annoyed. When she finished she put it on the counter and shook her hands over the drink and said “once again, the same latte”. She was right, it was “once again, the same latte” and looked like a cup of milk. Her attitude caught me off guard as if I did something wrong. I literally get this drink so often and it’s so good and never WHITE. Just left such a bad taste in my mouth about this place and made me feel like I never want to go back. Super...

Being from Michigan I am obsessed with Biggby coffee. My hair salon is up the street and I always treat myself to Biggby every time I visit this area. This store is beautiful and I look forward to my visits as often as possible, today however my noonish visit was not as expected, the lobby area was a mess even though there was only one person who was in the cubicle area. The young ladies behind the counter were talking about other job opportunities in addition to their jobs at Biggby for additional income and not worried at all about the condition of the lobby area, I mentioned the condition prior to leaving as I had referred two people to visit the store that day and did not want them to think I referred them to a coffee shop that did not clean continuously. I am a committed customer to the store as that is the only one near me but please make it forever...

I can say the inside I very warming and inviting. Main problem is the young ladies who runs it attitude is just not inviting. They don't great you (and I'm not sure if it's a race thing) but they are so dry..Working in customer service it's very important to make you customers who spending $ at your establishment feel welcome. I honestly just don't get that from them each time This is what is keeping me from.going back. I told so many ppl about this location when the first opened up..Do better and your business can continue to grow. Blessings to all.
