Butter & Cream — Restaurant in Roswell

So happy to discover this ice cream shop close by in Roswell instead of making the journey to Decatur when I get a craving. Great on a summer night or if you are walking around the cute downtown Roswell area. Parking can be tricky so I recommend street parking and then walking over to the shop. The place is not very large at all and the line can belong but moves fairly quickly. There is outside patio space to sit as well as an inside area too. The inside of this place smells heavenly. I tried their most popular flavor the OG Goodness. Wow! I have never had a flavor like this. It was so delicious, buttery and creamy. They offer different types of cones, ice cream cookie sandwiches and milkshakes as well. They had so many unique flavors as well. They also offer a good assortment of ice cream toppings as well. Compared to many other ice cream places, I notice their ice cream is a lot more creamier. I cannot wait to come back...

Visited the shop on Memorial Day to get my daughter and her friends ice cream after dinner. There was a long wait to order which was fine. After ordering waited about 15 minutes for a milkshake and two cups of single scoop ice cream. During this time people behind us in line were getting served and in their way. I tried to get the attention of one employee and was ignored as he helped other customer in line. Tried to get the attention of another and he helped with the milkshake but ignored my inquiry of where the additional orders of ice cream were. As other people continued to be served I spoke up a third time. After a few more minutes of waiting, another employee slammed the two cups of ice cream in the countertop and walked off. No apologies from the staff. Poor experience for paying over $20...

Warning, and for owners to tell me why? Got there at 8:20 waited for them to finish with the customers present by the time we got to the register it was 8:28 after a few samples when ordering it was 8:31 I said can I get a shake which is the only thing I wanted the worker says sorry machine is cleaned we take it apart at 8:30. Why are you washing machines 30 machines before you close? I came with my family we spent money, but you lost a sale of two shakes just fyi. Horrible business decision from a business owner I use to own Baskin Robbin’s cleaning the shake machine takes 5 minutes why not wait till 9:00pm when you close.
