Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Roswell

My total was $6.39 but the charged my card $16.29. So I called the next morning to speak to a manager "the manager" who answered the phone said she couldn't do anything because she wasn't the store manager and to call back at 8. I went to the store at 8:30 pulled up my bank statement on my phone with the receipt. They said the store manager wasn't there yet and would be there in 45 mintues to an hour! Even though she was due to come in at 8. Super unprofessional. 2 hours later I call the store and finally get to speak to Megan who is the store manager just for her to tell me that my bank statement on my phone isn't good and that I need a paper printed statement and to bring that in and show her in order to get a refund. So much hassle and super ridiculous unprofessional people. I go to this location a lot but never again will I return here they stole money from me, have unprofessional managers, and also made me go threw so much hassle just so they can fix their mistake....

I have never had a complant about this place only high prices but food is great here at sonic Dr in Roswell New Mexico I wish they would bring back the brown bag special again it was a combo that 2 could eat for a cheap price it's 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks If I could remember correctly lt cost around $7 a bag and back in the days it was perfect but today prices have sky rocketed up every year since then I'm a 70s baby it was great back then I used to love eating there all the time but now can't afford it every time only once in a while will I eat here cause this place is made for the rich people that can afford it now so we all eat at Wendy's and McDonald's now more than back in the days the 70s, 80s and early 90s were the...

Worst drive service ever I experienced! I had ordered something but the thing lady that was working on drive thru was super rood and didn't take my order right! So I told her let me talk to the manager. I explained to the manager how rood she was and she didn't apolize to me the hung lady or the manager was so rood to me too! I gave them the food back and one of the boys told me instead of the manager talking to me that they would put my money back in my card 3 to 5 business days and they never did!!!
