Stellar Coffee Co — Restaurant in Roswell

Bit of a late review but unfortunately Stellar Coffee sits in my memory for the wrong reasons. I have never seen that level of poor customer service until I stepped into Stellar Coffee. I've not forgotten the way myself and another party member were treated, it really didn't sit right. A very simple order of scrambled eggs on a bagel somehow ended up being too hard to understand and became a cup of cold scrambled eggs. Almost like a comedy sketch.

When my fiancé, rightly went to ask if this could be rectified in a polite manner. However the guy behind the counter arrived 3 minutes later ... walking directly over to our table (cup in hand) and asked if we wanted the cup of cold eggs or not.

My fiancé was polite and didn't want to risk bodily fluid being added to her food and accepted it to avoid the Hassel in a foreign environment. Which was unbelievably restrained given the sheer disrespect by your staff.

I visited Roswell from the UK and have lived in London for a long time. I've seen some wild service but never have I ever seen a waiter holding a cup of cold eggs like they have the moral high ground.

No I don't want a cup of cold eggs for $8. Delusional!

We were visiting from out of town and this place was recommended to us by a gentleman at the Roswell UFO Spacewalk (RUFOS). The RUFOS said to show them our bracelets to get a discount on drinks. I'm unsure if we actually got a discount or not as I forgot to mention the bracelet but I was wearing it at the time of purchase. It was extremely hot outside and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dogs inside with us to cool down. The deserts/treats that we tried were delicious. I liked the unique drink options that were available on the blackboard and was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. The dogs actually relaxed and laid down while we admired the vibrant art work from the comfort of our table. The staff wasn't the most talkative but they were cordial, polite, and efficient at their work. In case folks were wondering, I don't recall seeing any specifically dog friendly food items. But we weren't concerned with that. We were just happy to be able to get out of the sun and bring them in with us. They had local artwork displayed for sale, local crafts for sale, and some shop souvenirs. They also had some board games available for folks to play. My Americano and my chocolate peanut butter seed protein bar were an excellent pick-me-up in the afternoon. The atmosphere is really "chill," with a great music selection, tall ceilings, multiple rooms, and art. They have a nice beverage and food selection, and the service was friendly and quick. There is parking along Main Street AND in the back as well. I'll be back! UPDATE: I WENT BAAAAAAAAACK and I AM TOTALLY in LOVE with this place AND the PEOPLE. The owner and the staff are SO friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the Cafe is so cozy. Their music selections are wonderful: I heard a lot of Led Zeppelin today 😃. The chocolate peanut butter protein bar and my Americano with a shot of sugar free caramel and cream were absolutely delicious, too! This is A GREAT store in Roswell and will be my go-to hangout with my awesome friends. ❤️ 💙 STELLAR IS STELLAR!

ALSO, they have extended seating areas both in the cozy hallway and their back room, so you don't have to feel cramped. Just pick out your favorite space and sit there. Lots of artwork is on the walls now, too, as they highlight local artists and also local school...
