El Toro Bravo Bakery — Restaurant in Roswell

This place was fire!!!! Like we had a mixture of bread, and OH MY GOD!!!! Their empanadas, bro their empanadas are on point! Like my wife and I make it a point to try different panaderias wherever we go, and their bread was fire!!! My wife really enjoyed the conchas they have. The consistency of the bread was on point, they gave it to us freshly baked.... their bread, out of this world!!! Like for real, for real. Check it out! Like we are considering going back to Roswell just for this bakery!! Wish they shipped...

Below average Mexican pastries

We stopped by here looking for a quick snack as we took a break from spending too much time looking at cheap alien artifacts. We sampled a variety of pastries and beverages.

Unfortunately, the best item was the canned strawberry Mexican drink my wife had. The donut she got was edible. But the rest tasted stale, dry, and bland. I threw most of it away. On the plus side, it's not very expensive.

🏆 🥐 Cheap, fresh, fast. The “empanada” is the best sweet potato dessert I’ve EVER had—fluffy Mexican sweet bread with fresh sweet potato puree, not too sweet and only $1.50!! 😋 After taking the first bite on the sidewalk, I marched back inside to buy 1 pineapple and 1 pumpkin sweet bread, no joke. $4.50 for the best family snack Roswell offers. Next time, I’m trying the 🍎 apple turnover, conchas, and sweet cream filled cones.
