Management is HORRIBLE! Over the last four years I've eaten here and ordered delivery countless times; however, my most current experience left me speechless. I ordered delivery and was asked about a bad experience i once had over a year avoid due to unpurged notes once my information came up on their system. I informed the employee that items failed to make it i my bag and was refunded for the inconvenience. She explained that she wanted to make sure i had been taken care of, then she resumed with my order. The order was delivered fresh and correctly. I tipped and thanked the driver. Two bites into my fajita dinner, i noticed something stringy near my beef. I liftef it with my fork and it was an EXTREMELY LONG BLACK HAIR. I was immediately grossed out and called to report it. The same lady asked if i would like a refund and i requested that the driver pick up the dinner and re-deliver a "fresh" entree. She said hold for a second, then a male picked up the call. He stated that because this is my second problem with their food, they would NOT replace it and would choose to refund my money only. I asked why and he responded by saying he would be wasting food by creating a replacement and would rather refuse my business and return my money. The male who happens to be the driver, arrived at my home with the cash. While at the door he opened the returned food container and examined what was inside. He proceeded to ask me how did a hair land perfectly on top of my sour cream inside the plate. I (feeling very insulted) explained that i took it off of my fork and placed it their so they could see. And if he wanted to investigate further he would notice that this VERY LONG BLACK HAIR was NOT mine because my hair is clearly short and curly. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. WILL NOT PATRONAGE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. The next night i took mt business to HOLA Mexican Restaurant where the food and service waz outstanding. The waiter was tipped accordingly ...

Let me start by saying the food was good at least what I had. I ordered 3 street tacos. One chicken, which was good, one steak which was kind of bland nothing spectacular there, less than par than 1 pork that had pineapple bits in it & it was phenomenal! My friend had a steak plate which he said was plain & had no flavor. It didn't look that great either. The cool thing about the place is they had a salsa bar where you could go and get whatever kind of salsa you want and they had about 15 different kinds. I tried 2 and loved both of them. So the stars for the food, and we had a pretty good sampling considering there were just 2 of us & only one item was really good out of 4, no more than just average. So not enough to bump it up to 4.

Then the atmosphere. It looks like they ran out of their decorating budget because it's very well decorated behind the bar (oh yeah did I mention they had a bar? Not sure if it was a full bar or not) complete with 2 or 3 big screen TVs and there was a little bit of decorating by some of the tables but half the restaurant, the primary dining area, there was nothing. The lights were bright too bright for a restaurant I think. It doesn't look warm, inviting, or comfortable.

As for the service you walk in and order at the register and they give you a number to put at your table then when the food is ready they bring it out. But that's it you'll never see them again. Just like a fast food restaurant, only this one has a bar in it, and the prices, you pay are not fast food prices. So all in all you get mixed signals. It's like they're going for a nice eat-in place only they don't make it feel that way at all.

I visit this place with my Husband for the first time and the lady at the register was nice and explain that you order your food at front and paid for it and someone comes and brings you your food. We asked how the bar works since I wanted to get a drink. She explain that we can sit at the bar have our meal and someone will come and serve us. She ask if we want to keep the tap open in case we wanted to order anything else. We said yes. We sat at the bar being the only people there and no one came to attend to us to see if we wanted anything to drink. the waiter brought our food and did not ask if we want anything else and left so quick they did not gave us a chance to ask for a drink. I was upset because the tacos were cold and the meat did not have much flavor. There were other employees talking and having a meal at the bar next to us and no one came to see if we needed anything. My husband had to get up and tell them that we wanted a drink from the bar. Afterwards I order a mojito and it was great but the food was cold. At the end they only charge me for my drink and not the meal I had to reminded them that we still had not paid for our food. At the end we paid twice1 for the drink and the second time...
