Sam's Club is always light, bright, airy, and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate being able to buy what we need in mass quantities and visit this store about once a month.
They have a great selection of nuts! Since that's my go-to snack, that's important to me! Plus, they have weekly sales!
When you first enter the store, you will see lots of seasonal items that are really cost-efficient! They prepare for every season, and right now, both their Halloween and Christmas decore is out. (It's difficult to decide on which outdoor decoration!)
Right now in the last week of April, they have some beautiful kayaks at excellent prices! If you were to buy them online, you'd have e to spend hundreds of dollars for shipping alone. We highly recommend the Oracle 10-footer. It fits in a van!
During the month of December, many many items suitable for holiday gifts line the aisles, things that I never expected, like a very affordable keyboard/synth with stool, tons of toys, and a vast array of gift baskets suitable for everyone! This is a great place to find gifts!
As a person who has to watch her carbs, I REALLY appreciate the major savings on meats, especially their GORGEOUS RIBEYE STEAKS! If you are doing a low-carb or keto diet, then this store will help you save money on all the great quality protein that you will want to buy. However, you will really have to watch yourself and fight off the sugar demons as you pass by the Uber huge savings on mega jars of Nutella! EVERYTHING is a great value at Sam's.
My newest discovery here is a mushroom ravioli that is absolutely out of this world with deliciousness!!!!! It just takes 4 minutes to cook, and it is wonderful even without sauce! I appreciate their prepared...
Read moreI normally love Sam’s and have never had any issues. However, going there tonight (04/24/23 around 6:30 ish pm) was a different story. The girl they had at the front entrance (shorter hispanic girl checking club cards) DID NOT CHECK anyone else that went in front of me but for some reason specifically singled me out. When I asked the reason as to why it was okay for everyone else to enter without showing their membership cards but I had to, she lied and said they had them out already (which no they didn’t. I literally walked in with these people and saw the entire situation. They DID NOT show her their cards nor did she stop them to ask for it) she then got belligerent with me, cursed at me and raised her voice at me (while I was walking away from her mind you). Upon hearing from coworkers of hers this was nothing new and she is known to be rude and belligerent with people. I ended up seeing the manager on my way out (a nice staff member asked me to tell her about what that girl did) and the manager also was very nice and understood. She did mention the girl was new and did express that it was still not acceptable (new or not that is never okay especially when nobody did anything to deserve her acting like she did. You may not like your job but nobody forced you to be there so don’t take it out on everyone else 🤷🏼♀️). She said she was going to address it, which I hope so because nobody deserves to be treated the way I was treated tonight. I have absolutely no issues with showing my membership card, that doesn’t bother me. I just couldn’t understand why I specifically was singled out by this person. Read moreWe heard about Sam's from a friend, and that they had some very good laminate wood flooring. So we joined and we bought the wood laminate flooring .....we have decided to purchase more of the same flooring but they have run out of that style. We have tried three times to ask if they will be getting more in stock so that we can finish our project. The problem is no one knows when they will be getting a new shipment in or if any has been reordered or what the corporate office has decided to restock shelves with. The style we chose is the most popular and best buy offered by Sams.....yet no one at the store can assure us that they will be getting restocked with the same product or if any one has requested a reorder. The store should have an area manager to order the best selling products back into the store....he should be able to order what is selling the best and have input as to when a new shipment is expected in the store. The only answer we get to our question is.."We get shipments everyday....but we do not know what will be on those shipments." This my friend is not a very good way to gain the trust of customers. There seems to be no one that can reorder the item in question or offer any guidance on weather or not that item is even available anymore. Sorry but this is very dissappointing to have a store have this type of policy....the public...
