I’m so disappointed in my experience at this location. I come here often, and typically do mobile order pickup inside so I rarely interact with the employees. Today, I went through the drive through and the employee was SO RUDE. I wish I took down her name, but she had red hair. I went through the drive through, and she had me waiting for over 5 minutes before interacting with me after which she didn’t greet me she just barked “what’s your order.” It wouldn’t have even bothered me if I hadn’t have heard the same employee greet the clients before me AND after me with friendly expressions and a conversational tone. When I pulled up to the window, she barely acknowledged me to the point she completely ignored the cash I held out for payment and shoved the card reader in my face instead even though I clearly handed her cash. When I pointed out I had cash she gave me a look and then left and took literally 5 minutes to get my change. As I drove off I heard her interacting with the next clients in a completely different way, I was so confused why there was such a nasty vibe specifically with our interaction. I didn’t want to assume racial motivations, but I am a black girl and the other clients she spoke with were white. If that was the reason for the horrible customer service, her and her employers should be ashamed of themselves in this current climate. I probably wouldn’t have even wasted my time writing a review if the matcha she made wasn’t also straight up disgusting. Come to find out from other friends, this location is known for HORRIBLE matcha. So lesson learned I guess. Read moreI frequent a few different stores in the Alpharetta/ Roswell area and this store is absolutely horrible in terms of customer service and quality of product. I have asked them to remake my drink on several occasions (which is quite embarrassing) and I am typically met with attitude- disdain and contempt to be accurate. This morning I asked for extra base in my refresher and the drink was literally being handed out the window to me as I was driving up to the window which leads me to believe that the mixture was pre made? The drink was weak, very weak with minimal base. I got halfway to work and then decided to turn around and ask them to remake my drink the correct way- after all, it is a nearly $6 drink. When I walked inside, the young lady at the counter nonchalantly said "something wrong?" I stated that there was almost no base in the drink and that I'd asked for extra base. She held up a small cup and said "would you like me to give you some extra base to add to your drink?" I then replied that I'd like her to remake my drink in which see appeared incredulous at the request. She then remade my drink and handed it to me asking me to taste it before I left to ensure it was correct. The mixture was satisfactory but now the drink had almost zero ice. Disgusted, I left. I normally have better things to do than to leave reviews about my drink experience but I am considering not frequenting Starbucks anymore due to the high cost and lackluster consistency in their product. Update (11.1.2021) Today and prior to today, it has been a challenge, several times I was almost handed the wrong items. Crazy thing is, one occasion, the batista came to to window and initially handed me someone else drink (dragonfruit), when I ordered 2 sandwiches and two frappes. I told her that it was not my order and she apologized, said my order would be ready in a minute. A moment later the same batista asked me what I was waiting on. I had no words. Then there is the matter of ordering somethings and just prior to paying using the app...the item (each time) was unavailable. After this happening more than 3 times, one of the managers suggested I try going to Jersey Mike's. I walked off thoroughly disgusted.
