Very insensitive to my daughter when she altered her wedding dress. She took in the dress a little too much and when we went to try it on the back bulged over. My daughter was upset. So she suggested adding a new zipper to give it a little more room. But never admitting it was because she took it in too much. She also made me pay an extra $75 to fix her mistake! We came back after she replaced the zipper. The zipper wouldn’t zip and she said repeatedly that it was my daughters fault and that she gained weight and it was impossible for it to. She also said several times it was impossible to zip! And then she commenced to give my daughter diet advice! My daughter is recovering from an eating disorder and this has destroyed her self-confidence before her wedding. She loved this dress and picked it because it made her feel beautiful and then after this encounter it made my daughter want to throw it away.
