Subway — Restaurant in Roswell

THE WORST Suway experience EVER. Granted, I walked in approximately 8:40 to 8:45pm and they close at 9pm. The only person there was in process of mopping the floors so the whole place smells of dirty bleach water. She did not acknowledge that I had walked in - No "Hello" or "I willl be right with you" - NOTHING. Once she finished her section of the floor that she was attending to (literally 60 secs), She proceeded to go behind the counter. She did wash her hands quickly and looked around for a pair of plastic gloves - she located an empty box of gloves and proceeded to walk to the garbage to dispose of the box. She came back, wiped the counter with a rag that she pulled from under the counter, opened another box of gloves, put them on and looked at us. Still not a word from her. My son politely began to place his order, My husband then began to place his order. While preparing my husbands order which was a steak sandwich she rumbled through several containers of meat, rearranging them and pulling what she deemed to be good enough, she placed one container on top of the sandwich instead of the counter while she walked to the garbage to throw something else away. She came back and asked "what kind of cheese?" She put the cheese on the sandwich and began to slide the sandwich down the counter. As she did that some of the meat fell off the sandwich. She picked the loose meat up from the counter that she just wiped with that mystery rag minutes before and throws it onto the sandwich- OMG!!!! Can you be any more disrepectful and disgusting? By this time, I had enough and I had to just walk away. This was the second awful experience at this location. I will not go back a third time and I felt that others...

There is apparently either a severe language barrier or a severe lack of employees caring. They have the meats area blocked off at this location so when you finally see your sandwich and tell them they made the wrong thing, they get aggressive. I had to tell the employee at this location more than three times that roast beef and ham are two different meats. Additionally, when asking for meat heated separately (because one of our party doesn't like their bread toasted) the other employee said she was wrong and that wasn't what she asked, even though she stopped him 3 times while he was trying to toast the whole sandwich.

worst service I have gotten at a subway, especially this location. Man completely changed my order tried to charge me multiple prices with things that I did not order. Then proceeded to snatch my card from my hands after i told him that is not what i ordered and said "fine i can charge you even more rich b*". I was not upset nor rude i simply walked out of the store b/c i have never been more disrespected in my life. I simply drove to this subway because i have never had an issue and i will never visit this...
