Terrible service. We waited for a long time before anyone acknowledged us even though we were the only ones in line to order food and there were probably only three other customers in the restaurant eating. It was around four in the afternoon so there was no reason for the employees to ignore customers (like they were closing or something). We ordered a number one and a number two and the cashier gave us a hard time when we grabbed cups for our drinks. He said we only got the sandwich. We told him that we ordered the combos and he said yes but some people order the combo when all they want is a sandwich. That doesn't make any sense and why would I order just a sandwich with no drink if I'm ordering in? We wound up having to do a separate order for just the drinks and the chips after-the-fact. I was a regular customer until today. I ordered my sandwich and no sooner did I pay that a dishelved women without shoes started a conversation on her speaker phone at a very high volume. I was patient and waited until my sandwich was ready hoping she woukd be done. She wasn't, just kept screaming into the phone. The manager did nothing when I asked if he would say something. Clearly a problem with restaurants today. They say nothing to rude customers who chat on speaker phones while driving away 10 good ones. No sign of an owner ever there. Just kids running the place. I’m not a fan of toasted sandwiches to begin with so I won’t rate the food. I am giving this a three star because of a very long wait as I ordered online and sat at the restaurant for another 15 minutes waiting and the horrible smoke.

The restaurant itself is very smoky, no pun intended. It was so bad I had to walk outside because my eyes were burning. I don’t know if this is a health code violation but they have fan exhaust problems big-time and need to fix it.

If you’re going to eat from there get it to go as you don’t want to sit in a smoky environment - very bad for your eyes and lungs.
