Went there two days before Easter to be told they ran out of ham by the pound! Seriously? When I asked if they would have any the next day, I was told “maybe but we run out all the time”. Asked if I could call before making the trip over there and was told all calls get routed to the 800 number. I have no idea who runs this store, but they need to get it together. Left there and drove to the Woodstock store where they had ham by the pound ready to go, a greeter at the door and was in and out in 5 minutes. Great place. The staff is kind and informative. I'm so glad I finally stopped by. I always just drive by but they've got so much more than ham. I got the chicken tortilla soup and it was incredible. They also have sandwiches and desserts and sauces and sides and all sorts of things. It's like a delicious Thanksgiving dinner every day. Definitely going back to try their frozen ribs and pot roast.
